Q: I am partially disabled and use a scooter to get around. The scooter breaks down for placing it into a trunk or luggage storage area. We are interested in the one-day bus tour from Phoenix, code: 14-365 for three adults on November 1, 2015. Can you accommodate my scooter? Do you know how restricted my access will be during the tour?

2015-10-23 14:38:35 Dear Bonnie Harris, Regretfully, we are unable to accommodate a collapsible scooter on the motor coach, however we can instead accommodate a wheelchair that can fold flat. In regards to the restrictions on access, you should not have much difficulty if using a wheelchair, except perhaps at the South Rim when going out to some of the edges for the viewpoints. If you do plan to bring a folding wheelchair, please leave a clear note in the comment box when placing your reservation online, so that we may inform our local office.
