2018-07-14 03:15:20 Dear Eric, It appears that the reason this tour was cancelled is because of the payment. It shows that they tried calling you to request for acknowledgement of credit card billing form, but you were not around to take the call so they left a VM. Apparently, they did not hear from you about it so they voided the payment on the credit card. It will reflect back on your credit card in 24 to 48 hours. If it has not, try to call your bank. Q: I have about 40 -45 people that would like to take this tour earliest time next year. Could you please help me what to do in order for my group get guaranteed seats. Will it be possible for us to travel exclusively. I understand it’s a first come first serve basis but having a big group like this can sometime be a challenging to put together.
