Q: My husband and I are interested to join this tour in August specifically from Aug 25 to Sept 1 however i have several questions related to your itinerary. 1. I noticed that there's no information regarding the time of departure and arrival from one one destination to the next location. In addition, no info on the number of hours of travel time as well as the no. of hours we will tour each location. 2. there are a couple of hotels for selection but when will we receive confirmation on which hotel we will stay. i am asking because these are required info in the visa application. 3. It says that tickets cannot be pre-purchased separately does it mean then that we have to wait for our tour guide to fall in line on queue to purchase our tickets before we enter each attractions. 4. i understand that airport pick-up, drop-off are not included in the package but can we ask for your assistance to arrange this for us? 5. can we ask for your assistance to help us secure our Schengen visa? Confirmation takes 1-2 days per website. All other admissions excluded, will be purchased with and arranged by tour guide during tour. Transportation is the responsibility of the traveler. Q: Hello, I read your response to other customers that "When Jasper Explorer combo package is purchased online, you are able to redeem your tickets any time during the 2017 season. Tickets can be redeemed together on the same day, or separately throughout the season". You confirmed that the tickets can be sued any time during the season of the year, so why do I have to select a particular date to make a purchase? Do I need to redeem tickets on that date?
