On the day you visit Grand Canyon West Rim or South Rim, if you choose not to visit these two attractions, you will need to pay $30.00/person for free explore fee. 2018-07-18 18:59:20 Hello Pradeep, Regarding your concern, when booking, please select either Grand Canyon West Rim or South Rim. You will NOT be automatically charged for these extra fees (as they are payable on tour.) Please choose either one, then please apply in notes that you will choose the Free Explore option. This fee will be payable during the tour in cash and organized with your tour guide. If you with to opt out of the Grand Canyon excursion, you can inform the guide and he will collect the free explore fee payable per person. Thank you for your inquiry. Q: I m planning a trip to Switzerland from 3 Aug to 9 Aug. And I will take a train from Marseille to Geneva. And I m interested to join the local tour for 5or 6 days. In the remarks, the ticket redemption must be in the either Zurich or Geneva airport. But I will arrive in the Geneva train station. If arriving at Geneva Train Station, tickets MUST be redeemed at the airport information desk in either Zurich or Geneva. After which you may proceed back to the train station. Our apologies if this may have caused an inconvenience to your travels. Please see the following copy of your Day 1 Itinerary: To redeem the train transfer, you must show your printed transfer validation at the international airport information desk in Zurich or Geneva during opening hours: Visitor's Centre, Geneva Airport: Daily 7:00am - 11:00pm Airport Information Service Centre, Zurich Airport: Daily 6:00am - 11:30pm Upon showing your printed transfer validation at one of the information desks above, you will receive your complete travel kit including train tickets and hotel vouchers. Q: My wife and I are arriving in LA on Dec 14th after a 14 day cruise from Miami and are very much interested in the trip to San Fran and would like to know if there is enough time after the ship docks to still start your tour and would someone pick us up at the ship or what????? Q: Dear Team, I would like to take this tour, and have below questions: 1. I am having a child with me aged 4 years. So is it okay to have 1 room [twin sharing as per your policy] with my child in same room? Or do I have to book another room? 2. As I am having a child with me, will the bus/coaches have washroom on board? 3. During bus traveling in itinerary of 7 day tour, how much time the halt will be provided? 2018-07-18 14:56:27 Dear Sunil, Yes, you may book 1 room together with your child and the bus will be equipped with a restroom on board. However, this restroom is used for emergency purposes only, as the tour guide will stop every 2-3 hours for a restroom and stretching breaks. You do not stay on the bus the whole time you are on tour. At major locations or areas on tour, you will have anywhere from 4-5 hours total sightseeing time. For the locations listed as optional excursions, you will usually spend approximately 1-2 hours at these locations. At minor locations, we will stop for approximately 15-20 minutes. This time is sufficient for the tour guide to lead you to the best spots for photo opportunities while on tour.
