You do not have to have the reservation through our company to have pickup at this hotel.

Is there capacity for the tour group to visit Howe Cavern on this trip? Does recommended $10/day/person mean $10 for driver and $10 for guide (ie will our group of 4 be paying $40/day or $80/day?) You will enjoy the tour in the comfort of a wide-spaced and luxury-equipped motor coach for most of our 3 days or longer tours. It is equipped with climate controlled air conditioning, reclining seats, individual reading lights, storage compartments, VCD/DVD and monitors, and a clean restroom. It can hold around 50 people.Our drivers have years of experience driving motor coaches and the seat assignments are rotated daily by the tour guide.
December 20th departure is available right now, and service fee is $10.00/day per person(means $10.00 * 4 people * 4 days for your party of 4)
The tour guide will not take you to Howe Cavern as we can not guarantee the safety for large amount of people.

Q: My daughter and I are looking at doing this tour departing 18/11/2012.. We would prefer to arrive in LA on 17/11/2012.. Looking at flights, there is one that suits us arriving in LA at 9.50pm from NY on 17/11/2012.. Are you able to pick us up from the airport and take us to the hotel on the 17th even though the tour starts on the 18th..? We do not recommend you book any flights until your tour is confirmed.As per the early pick up, as long as you book a pre tour hotel with us,we can offer you with pick up for a FLAT FEE OF $30 between 9:00 am - 10:00 pm.The free pick up is only for the first day of the tour.If you need help booking a hotel extension, please leave us a note on the comment section so we can quote you a hotel.
