Q: Hi. I'm planning to take this tour next 28th of May 2012 but I'll be traveling alone. As I can see I can ask for your help to find a room mate to share the room and tour price. And if you find someone, you would change for the lower price. But, by making the reservation with credit card for the full initial amount USD 780 aprox to USD 538, how and when do you refund that money?? On the other hand, I'll be already in SF so would like to know in which hotel could I join the tour??? and finally I'll like to take a bus from LA to SF in the last day. Do I have to book it separately?? looking forward for your reply. Thanks!

We suggest you find a travel companion before booking the tour online, as refunding the cost later is much harder.
For refunds:
The travel companion will have to make their half of the payment, usually by Paypal or some other payment option.
Once we receive their payment, we will refund half of your payment.
If you are already in San Francisco, please review the pickup times and locations:
Citigarden Hotel or Best Western Grosvenor at 8:50am for the city tour or go to 391 Sutter Street Suite #504 San Francisco, CA 94108 at 10am.
Yes, you will have to book the shuttle separately from the tour, as it is not included.

There are 40-60 people per group.
You are likely to see fall foliage in this tour, however, it is not guaranteed.
However, we will have a special fall foliage tour listed on our website closer to October.

Unfortunately it takes us about 1-2 business days to confirm your reservation.
It would not be possible to make the reservation one day before the tour.
If you would like to take this tour, we suggest you book it as soon as possible.
The nearest pick-up location to your hotel for this tour is at Treasure Island at 7:50am.
This tour does not include the admission fee of $32 to the Skywalk.
The approximate return time to Las Vegas is 6pm, depending on weather and traffic.
Lunch will be provided.
We do not provide complimentary water bottles, but you are more than welcome to bring one on the bus.
For Spring/Summer tours: wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.

The total amount would be $396.00 for you 5 passengers staying one triple room and one double room. All of rooms are default non-smoking double rooms meaning there will be 2 queen size or full size beds (bed sizes are no guaranteed).
Please kindly note seats at the front of the bus are arranged based on a "first come, first serve" policy for the first day of the tour. The tour guide will rotate and arrange seats for guests daily for the rest of their time on tour. If you have any special request on the seats, please simply consult with the guide when on the tour.

The tour usually drops travelers off at LAX by around 5:00 pm.
We will be happy to arrange extensions for you near the airport, with rates as low as $99 per room per night.

The buy 2 get 1 or 2 free offer is based on a shared room basis.
In order to get this promotion, you must have at least 3 or 4 people in one hotel room on tour.
If you have 3 hotel rooms, with 3 people in each room on tour, the total cost of the tour will only be $2430.00 for all 9 people.
