Hi Mary:

The tour bus can hold 55 guests and only one bus will be dispatched for this departure date according to the latest schedule. Seats are limited for this tour and we recommend guests to book all Yellowstone tours at least one month in advance.

Hi Yasapala Nanayakkara:

1. The stop is only for about 1 hour to check over the buses and all passengers. There will not be enough time to visit any sites or gamble.

2.  You can only join in Las Vegas is you pick a tour with a Las Vegas pick up. https://www.tours4fun.com/5-day-yellowstone-tour-package-b.html

You need to select the Las Vegas departure tour if you are departing from Las Vegas.

3. The hotel stays are included in the tour price you paid. Please review the pricing section for the tour that you are interested in: https://www.tours4fun.com/5-day-yellowstone-tour-package-a/question-&-answer/#pid-133/tab-pricing/

Q:
My husband and I and possibly another couple are very interested in taking this tour next year. My questions are as follows: 1. When does the 2012 schedule come out? 2. We are pretty flexible as to when we can go on our vacation, so we do NOT want to go during HIGH season. Which months are best to book for to avoid High season? 3. Regarding meals, your site states: "You have the option to pay for meals that our tour guide arranges." How does that work? 4. As far as tours, your site states: "The last four tours total $40/person,this fee must be paid on tour. The tour guide will collect the fee on the first day of the tour." I just needed alittle more clarification: Does this mean each tour is $40 and before each day of the tour we pay $40 (total $160)......or does that mean,we pay $40 for all 4 tours, paid on Day 1? Thank you!

Hi El:

1. The 2012 schedule will come around the months of November and December.

2. High season are between the months of June, July, August, and early september. You should consider a time after early September if you wish to avoid the high travel season.

3. The tour guide takes the group for meals at a food court or a fast food place. You simply pay for the food you would like to eat.

4. The $40 per person is only a 1 time fee to pay for the 4 mandatory tour places. The service fee will be a daily fee you must calculate for the duraton of your tour.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Hi Aki:

As we do not offer the companion pair-up service, we suggest you find your companion by yourself either by posting your request in Find a Companion at: https://www.tours4fun.com/travel-companions/us-west-coast/or simply ask a friend to join you. When you make reservation with your companion, you can choose Share Room under Rooms in Easy Book so that you and your companion can pay the tour separately.

Hi Edwin Sulleven:

There is no age limit for the customers and we welcome participants of all ages. We recommend that you have a parental release form or temporary guardianship document for your nephew on tour, should his parents not be joining.

Hi Zack Luk:

We highly recommend that you book after all of your travel details and plans are set. When booking, you should input the current actual number of passengers participating in the tour when making the reservation. Should you book for 3 passengers, when you only have 2 and fail to find the third companion, we will charge a $150 penalty fee that must be paid in cash by the other participating travelers of the reservation. This is a mandatory fee to be collected by the tour guide on the date of tour departure in order to participate on the tour, should only 2 passengers out of 3 join on the tour departure date. If you make the reservation for two passengers first and then add the third person when you find him/her afterwards, we will only charge an amendment fee for this addition.

Thank you for your prompt reply to my last question. I would like to know if we would have any time to check out one or two sites in Deadwood, SD? It is a historic town and would like to get the chance to see something. How late do they usually get into town? Thanks.

Hi Pat Ansel:

The tour will only offer an overnight stay in Deadwood. There will not be any sightseeing there. The tour may arrive into Deadwood around 5:30-6:30pm, depending on tour route and tour guide scheduling.

Hi Maricel:

Usually July and August are the best time to travel in Yellowstone, and actually we suggest you take a coat along with you as the climate in the Park is cooler than the one outside. We recommend that you check for weather updates at www.weather.com. Walking may be a bit more extension for this tour, as there are many sights that require you to get off the bus and walk around in order to view them. How much walking can be dependant upon you, if you wish to stay close to the tour bus, you may do so.

Hi Debbie Aguirre:

Please kindly note that allocation of the seats are arranged by the tour guide. If you have any special request on the seats, please simply consult with the guide when on the tour. Usually for the tours, if seating is pre-arranged, passengers will be seated together. If seating number is not stated, it is first come, first seated. Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will be seated together, but the tour guide will try their best to accommodate everyone.
