Hi!
i`m going to one of your yellowstone-grand canyon tours in September. I`m worried about food during the trip. I`m a vegeterian and eat only organics, i never eat food from delis, like sandwiches. Is there any solution for me?
thank you
Meal breaks will be arranged at hotels, various ethnic restaurants, such as Chinese Restaurants, food courts and fast food restaurants. There should be vegetarian food for you to choose from the menus. But we cannot give you a 100 percent guarantee for organic vegetarian food.
You are welcome to bring along your own food. Please note that the tour bus does not have any refrigeration available.

Yes, the price will adjust, however; if there is not enough space for the additional guest, then we cannot adjust it. Also, if you cannot find the travel companion, you will have to pay or keep the booking for the single supplement rate.
We suggest you make all the arrangement and find a travel companion before booking the tour officially (although, available seats for the tour may run out).
On the last day for those that stay over at the Red Lion Hotel, will they
be dropped off at the hotel before going to the airport?
On day 1, will the group have dinner before or after we checked in at the hotel?
If you take a hotel extension at the Red lion Denver, you can take the hotel's free shuttle service to get to and from the hotel and the airport. All guests will be dropped off at the airport. Those who took an extension service will call the Red Lion Denver Central and arrange a free shuttle service to the hotel.
The tour does not arrange dinner on the first day, the lunch stop will be provided to guests who take the complimentary tour, however; no dinner will be offered.
You simply eat at the hotel or at a restaurant near the hotel.
Is it ok to bring an 11 month old baby on the 7 days Mt. rushmoore
tour, is there a baby seatbelt or baby car seat available or do
we have to bring our own car seat? thanks
The tour buses do not offer you the option to install a baby car seat for your child to ride in. Your child will need to be held in your lap all the time along the trip and considered to be a lap child traveling. We have no infant specialized equipment, if you need to take your car seat with you, it will be stored in the luggage compartment.

On the last day from LV to LA, is it possible to visit the chocolate factory and Botanical Cactus Gardens? Besides, where will be the drop off area in LA? thanks.
We regret that we may go through but we may not stop at chocolate factory and Botanical Cactus Gardens. Customer will be dropped at LAX around 7:30-8:30pm. Thank you for your inquiry. Amy - Customer Service Rep. www.tours4fun.com
I would like to take my 85 yo mother on your bus tour. I need to know how much walking is involved at the different stops. Are there wheelchairs available if we would need one? How long is the average day.
Thanks for your help.
There is quite a bit of walking for this trip, as you will need to walk around in order to view many of the sights. We are sorry that no wheelchair is available but you can bring your own foldable wheelchair and store it in the trunk.
Each day can vary in length. Sometimes the days can be as short as 10 hours long or as long as 14 hours long, depending on the tour schedule for the day.

Thank you for the responses a few months back. I am all set for the Tour starting 8/6/11. I was wondering about the additional tours. At what point of the Tour is the Bear Country tour. I did not see it on the Itinerary. Also, is the Bingham Mine and Salt Lake Tour the last day a single tour? The itinerary makes it look like 2 tours, but the pricing list makes it look like 1.
Thanks again.
None of the hotels offer complimentary breakfasts. Meals are not included in the tour price. You simply talk to the tour guide about the next day's breakfast arrangements.
Hi,
I am planning to join your tour on 14 Sep. I am a single traveler. do you have vacancy? i would also like to stay on in Denver for the nights of 18th sep, 19th sep and 20th sep. is there a special accommodation deal that you might have or recommend please? Paul
I'm interested in taking helicopter tour in Grand Canyon. It is mentioned in the pricing section that:
Helicopter and Boat Adventure Tour ($179.00 per person)
May I have more information about the tour ? In my mind such tour costs about $300. Thank you so much !
The helicopter portion of the ride is merely a short trip into the canyon and out of the canyon. You will need to fly into the canyon in order to board the pontoon boat for a ride down the Colorado River.
