5-Day Bus Tour to Yellowstone, Jackson Hole, Grand Teton, Salt Lake City (Starts in LV - Ends in SLC)

For early bookings, we are now selling Yellowstone National Park tours for the 2015 season. Please understand that the itinerary and hotels may change as it is early in the planning stages. Please refer to the tour guide's itinerary.

Due to winter weather conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary for this tour may be affected during the months of October, April and May. The itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of the professional tour guide for the safety of all passengers. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

CHANGE POLICY:
If any amendments including date changes or reductions in the number of guests are made 17 days prior to departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $30 Amendment Fee. All other penalties in addition to the $30 Amendment Fee will be assessed in accordance with the policy below:
- If an amendment is made within 5 business days of departure date, you will be charged the full amount of the original order.
- If an amendment is made 6-9 days before departure date, you will be asked to pay 50% of the original booking.
- If an amendment is made 10-16 days before departure date, you will be asked to pay 30% of the original booking.

If you need to change your pick up location, please let us know 5 days in advance, otherwise it will remain the same.

Due to the popularity of Yellowstone tours during the summer, we suggest that you book your tour 1-2 months in advance.

Each room is furnished with two standard beds or one queen-size bed. Tours4Fun always asks for two standard beds in one room. However, in a few cases, the hotel may only have a room with a queen-sized bed. If 3 people stay in one room, an extra bed can be requested for a small fee. Tours4Fun will not be responsible for any inconvenience this may cause.

The price of the tour may fluctuate on the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. Please book a flight that departs from Salt Lake City Int'l Airport after 12:00 p.m. (Mountain Standard Time) on the last day of the tour.

During spring/summer, we recommend that passengers wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes. During fall/winter, we recommend passengers wear layered clothing to ensure comfort in cold weather.

In order to protect your own property, please carry all valuable items on your person at all times. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus or at the hotel/attraction/restaurant, etc. Tours4Fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for any loss or theft at any location.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.

This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information. As some hotels require, customers must bring at least one credit card or debit card that can be used at the destination, to cooperate with card swiping for deposit and check-in procedures according to the different regulations of the hotel. If there is no personal consumption, the hotel will refund the deposit to your card within 7-14 working days after check-out.

Yellow Fever Vaccination Requirement: If you have traveled to or transited through yellow fever-endemic regions including East African countries (excluding Tanzania) or South American countries, either before or after your trip, you may be required to present a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate. This requirement can apply not only for joining tours but also for certain flights or entry into specific countries.
