Q: It is said that we need to arrange our flights to get there until 11:30 am. So if we have a flight arriving at 11:23 am (but for example it has some delay), is it still OK, will you still wait for us at the airport? My other question is, when will we arrive to Denver on the 6th day? If I have a bus departing at 7 pm, will I still catch it? Thanks!

1) Usually, the tour guide will leave the airport at 11:30am without delay, please arrange your own transportation to the hotel if you arrival after 11:30am.2) Usually, we will arrival in Denver around 3:30pm - 4:00pm depending on the traffic conditions.

Yes, you have to select a pickup point when you book the tour, our system will not let you proceed.
You can change your pickup location later; however there will be a $30 amendment fees once your reservation is confirmed.
The closest hotel to the China town senior citizen center is Millennium Biltmore Hotel Los Angeles.

Each room booked on tour is equipped with two standard/double beds.
Unfortunately, we cannot confirm that all hotel locations will have an additional bed available.
Please ask each hotel location while on tour for their bed availability.
In addition, any extra charges for an additional bed in the room will be at your own expense, as the tour package price only covers the standard accommodation.
The maximum in any room on tour is 4 people.

Q: I am still confused on the how to purchase the excluded tour fees. You list 8 stops/tours that are not included with the cost of the trip and then have a note at the end "The last seven tours total $45/person, this fee must be paid on tour. The tour guide will collect the fee on the first day of the tour." Does this mean we purchase these seven tours for $45 from Tours4Fun on the day we arrive? We don't need to purchase tours directly from the location before we arrive? There are notes to purchase up to a month before due to them selling out. I find this information confusing, I have never done a bus tour so I do no know how it works. Can you tell me exactly what we need to do to guarantee we can get tickets for these tours. Thanks. Yes, you purchase the seven tours listed by paying $45.00 on the first day of the tour to your tour guide.
The tour guide will have the admission tickets for the seven places for the group on tour.
