Q:
Modifications of Tour: In your terms and conditions you write, that "prices may vary due to availability. We reserve the right to make price adjustment without prior notice" and "local tour provider reserves the right to make modifications to tour arrangements including order of tour activities, hotel and its location if deemed necessary". If such changes apply after I did the purchase, will I still have the right to retract from the purchase without cancellation fees (my planned itinary would start within the next 2 weeks) or am I obliged to either accept those changes or pay the cancellation fees (50%). Respectively how is the probability that the price might rise and that the guaranteed stay in the Canyon Lodge/hotels inside Yellowstone will be modified, if I purchase the tour today/tomorrow? Kind regards Janine

Hi Janine:

Once your tour is confirmed and ticket issued, there are no changes to the reservation cost.

The local tour provider will only make changes to the tour itinerary arrangement or location of hotels for emergency situations while on tour.

The changes would only be slight, such as switching days of the tour itinerary with one another in order to accommodate any emergency situations, such as weather, traffic delays, or road blocks.

However, changes are only made on an emergency basis once your tour is confirmed for departure.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Hi Raman Verma:

Breakfast is not guaranteed on tour, as not all hotels booked on tour offer complimentary breakfast.

You will need to ask each location on tour or ask your tour guide while on tour for which locations offer breakfast.

You are also more than welcome to bring your own food or snacks on tour with you.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Q:
On return to LA where are the drop off locations and could we get off in Anaheim somewhere? Also when I try to enter the 09/06/2010 check out as a hotel extension for Crowne Hotel Fullerton the calendar resets to 06/09/2012 making it invalid. I have changed my Windows calendar settings from NZ to USA as we are based in New Zealand. Would it be best to book this over the phone?

1) We can drop off back to the pick up locations. Please check our pick up list for reference.

2) If you have a trouble in making reservation for the hotel extension, please book the tour first and then leave us a message in the comment section regarding the hotel booking. We will be able to add it for you in our system.
