Hi Gale:

We suggest that you bring comfortable shoes for the tour.

However, there is not much actual hiking in the tour.

If you use your free time on tour for hiking, you will then need your hiking shoes or boots.

However, for this tour generally, you will just need to make sure your shoes are comfortable, as there is a lot of walking involved.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Hi Charan Maan:

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee at this time if all hotels on tour offer coffee pots in the room, as the hotels are not confirmed until we process your reservation.

However, you can ask the hotel locations for their options or bring your own coffee pot on tour.

Hi Irina:

We cannot guarantee that you will see both upper and lower falls during the tour, as it is dependent on timing on the day of the tour.

However, the tour guide will try their best to cover the most areas of the park during the tour.

You will also have free time while staying overnight at Canyon Lodge on tour, so you will have the opportunity to cover both falls if it is not covered in the tour itinerary.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Hi Lidia:

These optional tours are offered while on tour, no matter how many passengers are interested in the tour, as long as the location is open for business.

In addition, most passengers on tour opt to participate in both of the optional tours you are interested in.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Q:
What type of buses (make, model, company, etc.) are used on your tours. Also, please comment on driver qualifications; how are they chosen; how are their driving history and safety records assured ? With so much time on a road tour such as this one, I want to feel confident about quality of the vehicle and its driver.

Hi S.Stockwell:

The model and company cannot be confirmed until we have the reservation.

We normally use a tour coach bus that can sit up to 6o people.

All our drivers are hired through the tour provider.

We try and hire the best most qualified and most experience drivers we can find.

All our customers while on board ( only inside the bus) are covered with our insurance, we take the best safety pre-causion while you are on board with us ( although we can never predict when a problem may occur).

Please also consider purchasing travel insurance so you can be sure you are 100% covered.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Q:
I went up on the web and found a number of reviews about your tours and the biggest issue was the Chinese and English spoken by the guides. I don't have a problem with this provided that if Chinese is spoken that an English version is also spoken. One of your reviews you mentioned an English only tour. Is that available and what might the dates be in 2013. I want to insure that our party gets the most out of the trip. Look forward to your response and have a wonderful day! Frank

Hi Frank:

This tour is a Bilingual Tour guide.

He will speak both English and Chinese.

We truly apologize but at this moment the 2013 schedule for our Yellowstone tours are still not available.

Due to the harsh weather changes in Yellowstone, we do not operate this tour until the winter has gone.

Typically, the 2013 dates will become available in February 2013.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Q:
Dear Sirs, First we are planning for next year minimum 3 people. The question of meals is clear as to price and responsiblity. Is there adequate time and availabilty for meals at the designated stops? When you speak to English and Chinese - does that mean the tour guide will explain or provide tour information in both languages? I notice only three reviews of the trip, is there a reason for so small a number of responses? Looking forward to next year! Sincerely, Frank

Hi Frank Howd:

The tour guide will make the meal stops at Fast Food Courts or International Buffets.

The meal stops are done regularly and last about 1 hour.

Yes, the tour guide will be providing the information in English then Chinese.

We offer many tours, and similar tours so some of them have more reviews than others. They also depend on popularity.

Thank you for your inquiry.
