Q: There are 3 different people who will pay to get the buy 2 get 1 free deal. How do we do it? should i back out, will this person be individually responsible for their share?

Our buy 2, get 1 free offer is applicable on a shared room basis.
This means that if 3 people share one hotel room while on tour, the 3rd person will be free for the tour.
For the 3 passengers the total will be $336, if you wish to break down the price it will be $112 per person.You may pay separately, but if one person no longer chooses to join the tour, the price for the tour remains the same.
The passengers will need to figure out on their own how they wish to distribute the payments.

Any changes (i.e. date, location, tour, etc.) made to a reservation after successfully submitting the order online, will be subject to a minimum $30 Amendment Fee (per change).
The $30 Amendment Fee also applies to such changes where an additional passenger is added onto an existing reservation.
In order to take advantage of the "buy 2, get 1 free" promotion, the reservation must be made from the beginning with 3 guests in one room.

Ample time will be provided by the tour's schedule to allow travelers to take and complete all the optional tours offered by the package.The cruise will be for about 1 hour, and about 2-3 hours will be allotted for sightseeing in the Lake Tahoe area.

Unfortunately at this time, we do not have the updated tour dates and pricing for this tour for the following year, 2013.
Please check back with us in mid-January for more available tour dates.
The "buy 2, get 1 free" offer allows three passengers to travel in the same room for the price of two.
You only pay for two passengers as long as there are three people on the reservation in one room.
The third passenger only goes "free" for transportation and hotel accommodations; they must still pay admissions fees and service fees.
Please refer to the "Pricing" tab on the tour page for more information.
The price will automatically reflect in the "easy book" section when making your reservation.
