Thanks for the detailed answers. Is there any weight limit to the bags we take? Who will send us contact info of tour guide before the tour starts? Is that ok if we reach ter 15 minutes before the pickup time?
The weight limits are similar to airline standards: one carry on and one standard-sized luggage in the storage compartment. We can provide you with the tour guide's information one day before your tour after 3pm Pacific Time. It is recommended that you arrive 10 minutes before the actual pick-up time.

All we wanted to know is where the first drop off location will be on return to Los Angeles and where is the central location for boarding the bus taking us through entire tour. If it changes that day, we will deal with it that day. But we are a group of definitely at least 18 people (9 couples) who want to go on the tour on Sept. coming from all over southern california and we would like to be able to plan where the most time saving pick up location is that we can park some of our cars. Some of us have taken bus tours before so we know the routine. What we need is specific information, even if subject to changes, so we can at least have a basis to make plans on. Thank you for any specific helpful information you can provide.
Regarding itineray of the tour, please review the "Itinerary" section next to the "Pricing". For your convenience, I've pasted the information below:
Day1 Los Angeles - Sequoia National Park - Modesto
In the morning, en route onto Highway 99 to start the 3-day journey. Arrive at Fresno around noon. After lunch, proceed to Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Park. Sequoia trees are the prime attraction of Sequoia National Park. Many groves of the remarkable giant sequoia are found scattered along the moist, wet-facing slopes of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Along with Kings Canyon National Park, it is also the home for high peaks, deep canyons, placid lake and giant trees. Stay overnight at Modesto.
Hotel: Days Inn or similar
Day2 Napa Valley / Salmon Farm - Lake Tahoe - Reno
Venture to the award-winning wineries and historic sites -Napa Valley, which is absolutely essential to make the visit complete. After a brief stop, proceed to Lake Tahoe. Lake Tahoe is often referred as the perfect year round vacation destination with terrific weather and breathtaking mountain and lake scenery. Lake Tahoe runs 22 miles and highs 6000 feet. The water is so clear that you can see 75 feet beneath the water surface. You may take a lake cruise at your own cost to sightsee the scenery (optional). Afterwards, proceed to Reno in the evening, which serves a mixture of tantalizing entertainment and gambling. Stay overnight at Reno. May go to Salmon Farm instead of Napa Valley in winter time
Hotel: Circus Circus or similar
Day3 Sacramento - Los Angeles
In the morning, continue to the state capital of California, Sacramento. It used to be a cattle auction center until it became the capital of California in 1854. Sacramento has been called a snapshot of Wild West history in a modern world-class city. Its amenities combined with the rich history of California's Wild West, help visitors once again Discover Gold in California's Capital City. After visiting the state capital building, proceed to Los Angeles. The memorable journey is concluded upon arriving in Los Angeles in the evening.
Please note that order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day. We can not confirm the itienary until till one day before your departure day.
Please view the available pickup locations in the "Easy Book Section" and under #2 select from the pickup locations available.
Where do we board the bus that will actually take us throughout the tour?
On the return trip to Los Angeles, is Chinatown Senior Citizen the first stop for passengers?
All departure locations shown online are available to choose and guests will be taken to a central location to start the tour. Please consult with the tour guide on drop-off locations once you are on the tour because the sequence of drop-off is adjustable on last day.

Hi, I have a question about that : "*No-shows will be assessed a $100 fee per passenger, that is to be paid in cash by the other participating travelers of the reservation." I don't get what no-shows are. Can you explain? Is that $100 fee mandatory? Thanks!
"No-shows" refers to passengers that do not show up on the date of the tour without prior cancellation or notice. The $100 fee is applicable and mandatory of customers who do not show up their scheduled tour only.
