We were not at all satisfied with the West Coast tour conducted by Seagull tours. The hotels, although somewhat convenient, were not very pleasant to stay in. The most disappointing aspect was the lack of transparency in the itinerary. To cite one such event, our itinerary made it seem like we were to spend one full day at Universal Studios but we stopped at Madame Tussaud's for 1-2 hours in the morning. This wasted valuable time and my kids weren't able to go on some of the rides. Same situation at San Diego Sea World, we stopped for a 1hr cruise at San Diego. Once again, it was the deviation from the agreed itinerary was really irritating. It made us feel that the extra addition were purely to make some extra money by the tour guides. I would not recommend this for our friends unless a proper explanation is provided to us.
