My family went to the Boston and we love the place so much. Even the hotel are good but make sure you so be early bird because day we stay that hotel there a lot.

Joined the tour from 13/2 till 19/2 under L&L Tour

1) Our tour guide speak poor mandarin, agreed by most of the guests on tour.
2) She gave us the wrong time to meet at the Liberty Cruise counter, we missed the 1st half of the city tour. She didnt bother to ring to check our whereabouts, nor show any concerns, or show any compassion when we meet up in the later part of the evening in Times Square. I have to called and SMS her several times to find out where/when to meet in Times Square, NYC.
Later that evening, she asked us to sign a voluntary form stating we leave the group willingly for the 1st part of day tour and will not hold the company for any matters.
3) She was not well equipped with the touristic spot's information. It was not clearly mentioned, at some point she just halted halfway on the introduction of the tourist spots, and let us wondering on....

There are so many incidents that displeased us but no one want to make a big fuss or make her feel bad.

Overall, her duties were poorly executed.

Our 7 days's tour bus's driver - Ah Nan (Bus 1216) was very patient man, even help her with some info on the tourist spots. Thumbs up for him on his overall attitude!He is always on time and helpful with our big luggage with a smile.
