The 3-Day National Parks tour was just fantastic ! Every day we were in awe of the great places we were visiting. Day 1 Zion , Bryce - awesome hiking ; Day 2 Antelope Slot Canyon ( simply mesmerising ) , Monument Valley ( breathtaking at su..nrise ) ; Day 3 Grand Canyon and Route 66 - America at its core . No words nor photos or else can match seeing all these for real - we were very much impressed and we very much enjoyed every single moment of this trip . Also, it greatly helped that our guide was very nice and had plenty of stories to tell us about the places we were visiting. Sharing the tour with some other families from Canada, Australia and US who also had kids around the same age like our son was a very welcomed coincidence . All in all - a fantastic and unforgettable experience.Read full review
Although somewhat disorganized when they were lining people up in groups the canyon was beautiful and our guide gave us tips on taking good pictures. It was very crowded in the canyon but things moved fairly well. We thought guide ahead o..f us gave a lot more information about aspects of the canyon and additional information than our guide. She seemed to give her group more time to look and take pictures as wellRead full review
Charged for kids park entry fee even though reservation clearly states children 0-11years are included (if policy has changed, update website and/or reservation confirmations). Canyon way overcrowded, rushed thru the tour, very difficult to.. take a picture without other tourists in the frame, tour guide not very enthusiastic and didn’t speak loudly for folks to hear. For the price it may be better to limit entrance or pace groups.Read full review
The personnel that you first interact with ( the parking attendant, the people in the ticket booth, the personnel giving you information before the tour) could all use a lesson in customer service. They were rude, arrogant, & seemed like th..ey just wanted to give people a hard time. The tour guide we had was absolutely WONDERFUL! I can’t say enough good things about her. She helped everyone in the group get great pictures; took pictures of us with our camera;& was a delight. I believe her name was Julie, but I’m not sure. She lives in Page part of the year & in Mesa part of the year. I highly recommend her, even though I am not sure of her name.Read full review
