We are party of 4 adults interested in taking tours to visit London and area. One of our members has mobility challenges. She is able to stand and walk only short distance. She should be in her wheelchair and one of us will push her chair.

While we strive to make our tours as inclusive as possible, please note the following regarding accessibility:
Our buses are not wheelchair accessible.
However, our buses have large luggage compartments that can easily accommodate a manual folding wheelchair or walking frame. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate battery-operated wheelchairs or walking aids at this time.
Our staff are unable to provide physical assistance when boarding or disembarking from the buses or at any point during the tour. Guests should be comfortable getting on and off the bus on their own or with the assistance of a traveling companion.
Given this information, we believe the tour could still be suitable for your group if your member with mobility challenges is comfortable with the above arrangements and has assistance from the rest of your party.

Please be advised that children under 12 years of age are not permitted on this tour, all travelers under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult and child shares the same price as adult.
For this trip we use 15-passenger vans for up to 12 people plus the CEO/Driver. For groups of 8 and more travelers, we also use a trailer to carry luggage. These durable vehicles allow us to drive on most types of roads in North America.
Each van has a front passenger seat and 4 benches that will accommodate 3 people each with mandatory seat belts to keep us secure and safe. No standing is permitted in these vehicles.
This is not a physically demanding journey. There is air conditioning to cool things down on warm days to keep everyone more comfortable.
Travelling can be difficult, with long drives and limited space in the van. Please take note of the travel times and distances in the above itinerary.
Despite some of the long days, most travelers feel that the diversity of the North American landscape, culture and wildlife are all well worth the experience!

I want to know about the last day - day 5.. according to itenery it will start at 7 am and ends at approx 7 pm.. so when will be checked out of the Hotel ? are we going to hotel in between the day any time or before going to airport to take our luggage? or we have to carry our luggage whole day with us during the tour?
