Hello,
We are a family (two adults, one child 13) from Sweden going to US and starting in New York. We read about your 5 Days East Coast Deluxe Tour Package which seems very interesting (and very good for us since we where thinking of going from New York to Niagara falls and then further on to Chicago why it would be good for us that the tour ends at Niagara falls/Buffalo). We wonder about following.
1. Do you think this tour is suitable for a family from Sweden visiting US for the first time?
2. If we would like to stay in New York a couple of nights before the tour starts culd you help us arrange so we could be staying in the hotel where the tour starts?
Best regards
Lars
1. This tour is very suitable for guests who visit the east coast for the first time because it will take them to see so many "must-see" points of interest in such a no-hassle way. Hotel accomodations and ground transportation are all included.
2.We arrange our guests to stay at 4-star hotel by EWR airport, like Sheraton EWR. We recommend you fly into EWR airport. Our discounted price is $135.00 per room per night. Our price includes all the taxes and fees. Please let us know if you would like to book additional hotel rooms through us by making a note of requested number of room and dates in the comments section on the check-out page when you book tour online. We will book the same hotel as the one you are staying at on the first day of the tour. Therefore, on the second morning you will be picked up directly from the hotel.
Distance from Midtown, NY to Newark, NJ is approximately 14 miles, 22 mins by driving.
We currently still have availability for your inquired departure date. Please make online reservation at your earliest convenience as hotel and seating availability becomes more limited when it gets closer to departure date.
Hi, I wanted to book the 11-day deluxe west coast tour package and, as I am travelling alone, was wondering if I could share a room with another female (or even 2) so I can pay the double or triple occupancy rate. I really want to do the tour as I am from Australia and want to see as much of the US as I can before I go home, but the single occupancy rate is a bit prohibitive for me.
Thankyou
Please make a note of your request in the comments section when you book the tour online. You will need to pay single occupancy price first. If we receive the same request from another customer, we may be able to pair you up. Please be aware that we do not guarantee the result and we normally receive less sharing room requests from female guests. Thank you for the inquiry.
Hi, i am interested in taking up the 6 days east coast deluxe..After the last day, i am continuing my holiday in new york. Will the tour be able to drop us in NYC? we are probably staying somewhere in manhatten
Is this tour generally for families, adults, retired people or people from foreign countries? What types of eating places does your tour stop at to eat? What are the hotels that you generally stay at during the trip? Do you have a lot of repeat customers?
Our customer comes from different background including culture and ethnicity. Age varies from school age children to senior citizens. Most of our customers are adults. Tour is family-oriented. Stops for meals are arranged at food court, fast food restaurant, buffet restaurant and others. All the hotel names are listed above. Please refer to the section below each day's itinerary. Our customers often join another tour with us after they complete one and they often refer their families and friends to us.
1. My daughter and I will be visiting SF in california at the end of June 2007 and interested to join your 7 days land tour to Yellowstone national park, Los vegas and Grand canyon on June 30 2007. My daughter ages 13 years old and she will be sharing a room with me. How much does it cost for an adult and a child (share room)?
2. I will be living in one of the hotel/motel/Inn in either Fisherman's Wharf or Union Square. Understand that your pick up location is at Starbud. How far is this cafe from Fisherman's wharf or Union Square?
3. How can I book your tour? What is the last day that I need to do the reservation in term of joining your tour that leave SF on June 30 2007?
4 Where is your near office that I can do the reservation as well as the payment or other stuff?
5 Does this tour include bus to & from SF, hotel for 6 nights, visiting the various places as stated in your web site and all the meals?
6. Beside this tour, does your agent also provide any day trip to the surrounding areas of SF?
7. If we book our 7 days Yellowstone national park cum los Vegas cum Grand Canyon plus other day tours from your agent, is there any further discount given to us if we spend more than certain amount of money?
Looking forward for your reply. Kindly reply me ASAP as I need to book my air ticket from Japan to USA soon.
Thank you.
1. Total price for you will be $1078.00. 2. It takes about 5 minutes from Union Square to Starbucks by walking. From Fisherman's Wharf to Starbusks, it takes about 45 minutes by walking, 25 minutes by bus. We also offer discounted price for our guest to stay at Ramada Inn in the center of Bay Area. Bus stops are in the front of Ramada Inn. So it will be convenient for you to go around the city by bus. Please let us know the date if you are interested. 3. Please make online reservation as soon as possible due to that it is a very popular tour. Plus we often receive a booking from a large group, which blocks many seats on the bus. We need to receive full payment to secure the seats for you.
4. Our office is located in Rosemead, California. You will need to make online payment.
5. Tour fees include ground transportation and 6 nights hotel accomodations but meals are not included.
6. Yes, we have a one day SFO City Tour available.
7. If you book multiple tours, we may consider some discount. Please make a note of the request in the comments section when you book the tours online. We will evaluate your request and respond to you afterwards. Thank you for your inquiry.
about the tour to montreal and quebeq, do we need a visa to enter canada?
because we are from Indonesia and only have american visa.
also, if the tour starts on may 16, will it finish on may 23 or 24?
thank you!
Thanks for your inquiry. Yes, you do need a Canadian visa to be able to join the tour. You need to count the May 16th as the first day. if it is a 5 day tour, the tour ends on March 20th.
My wife and I would like to take her mother on the 5 day DC to Niagara Falls. Her mom uses a wheelchair (she can walk but tires easily if she walks to far). Can you accommodate a wheelchair? Would she need to bring her own wheelchair or could you provide one?
Thanks for your inquiry. You will need to bring your own wheelchair to the tour. The bus does not have chair lift or ramp, but if your mother-in-law can walk, your wheelchair can be folded and stored at the bus trunk.
1.How to purchase the tourist attraction tickets which are excluded in th pacakge. While booking over internet, I did not get a page to selct the optional tickets to purchase.
2.At the time of visit to the attaction, will we be given enough time to complete the visit, like Circle of cruise, if we buy this ticket, will we taken to the place to start & complete the cruise.
3. Are these tickets cheaper to buy from you & the price is same if we buy at the counter.
Guests purchase optional tours from tour escort while they are on the tour. Ticket prices are lower or the same as window prices. The service provides convenience to guests. They do not need to stay in long line to purchase tickets. Guests who choose to join the optional tours will be dropped off and picked up before and after the tours. Guests who choose not to join the optional tours will still have time to walk around the place and return to bus after guests who join the tours come back.
