2007-04-05 18:10:17 Our motor coach can hold at least 55 people. Therefore, your group will need to join a tour group. Meals are not included but will be arranged for. You can budget around $20.00 per person per day. We advise you book the tours at your earliest convenience to secure seats because of the number of guests in your group and availability of seats becomes limited when it gets close to departure date. If you want to stay in downtown area, which might be easier for you to get around, hotel price is not cheap at all. If holding an infant on the bus throughout the entire trip is difficult, we advise you purchase a seat for him, in that way you can strap the car seat with safety belt and you do not need to hold him or her all the time. Q: HI, I am planning for this tour starting 8th Sep 2007 and will be arriving in NY on Thursday 6th Sep 07. I was wondering if you could advise the Hotel we will most likely be staying in for this date tour (8 Sep) in NY. The reason is if we were to stay at either Sheraton or Hilton, then I will most likely be booking (via your office) 2 nights pre-tour accomodation.
