Hi MPJ: Thank you for your inquiry. The fee is mandatory and needs to be paid for to enable you to join the tour. Other fees you would consider paying outside of the prepaid amount are the gratuities and the admission for other optional tours as listed on the tour details page. Q:
Can I join the tour at any of your designated hotels in New York instead of being picked up at the airport? Am gonna be in Amityville. What would be the closest hotel for a pick up on the morning of 10th December 2008? At what time would the drop off be at JFK New York on completion of the tour?

Hi Mukesh C: Thank you for your inquiry. For any of our tours that include airport pickup, the option to self-check in to the hotel for the first night of the tour will always be an option. Pickups for the tour will only be done at the airport, and passengers are checked into the hotel for the first night before leaving out for the tour the next day. The 5 Days East Coast Deluxe Tour Package ends in Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF) on the last day of the tour around noontime. Frank - Customer Service Rep. www.tours4fun.com

Hi SPYRIDON STERGIAKIS: Thank you for your inquiry. This tour will usually end in NYC at around 7:30pm depending on weather and traffic conditions. Buffalo Airport will not be considered as a dropoff point for the tour, but you can choose to end the tour early and request for a possible dropoff somewhere in Niagara Falls or Greater Buffalo area. Q:
Is it possible to combine the "Monument Valley air-ground tour" ref. USFS12-495 with another tour like the "7-Day Yellowstone, Skywalk, West Grand Canyon Tour A" from Los Angeles ref. USLA2-117 (instead of the cruise on Lake Powell maybe?), or with the tour "7 Days Yellowstone National Park, Southern Utah, Grand Canyon, Las Vegas Bus Tour A" ref. USSFO6-192 (which I think is less possible, but I already booked this tour and I don´t know if I could change it)?

Hi Cindy Koefer: These are pre-set tours. Therefore, package itinerary cannot be altered. However, we can help you add the Monument Valley air-ground tour before or after the tour to combine your tour packages this way. As for changing your tour, it depends on the departure date and availability of the tour. Please send us an email with subject title in reference to your current reservation number and let us know which tour and which date you would like to change it. Thank you for your inquiry.
