If there should be any amendments to those, the e-ticket will state the updated hotel name. If those hotels should for some reason become unavailable, a similar graded hotel will be substituted. 2009-03-25 15:20:26 Hi Emmie: Although we would like to guarantee that the vehicle used for all tours are the air-conditioned deluxe tour coach, we cannot. There can be certain times where a smaller vehicle may be substituted due to different circumstances. This tour normally will have notice of cancellation of tour within 1-5 days before tour departure. We try not to cancel a tour unless it is absolutely necessary, due to weather, insufficient number of passengers, or any other possible reason. Our budget tours usually have 2 and 1/2 star hotels. 2009-03-24 16:46:53 Hi Vanshika: The start time for travel each day usually ranges from 8:00 am to 9:00 am and the mode of transport for the tour is by tour coach. The travel time from Santa Clara to Los Angeles would take about 6 hours or longer as there will be stops during the drive down. There will be a seat for your child if you list your child as one of the travellers. We recommend that you book as 2 adults and 1 child to a room to get one room for the three of you.
