Q: I and 2 friend are veryintersted in USNY23-625 .I have several questions regarding program. I will arrive Jfk on 20th May at 11:45am. My questions are 1.Is there any economical way that we can go to the hotel earlier than your pick-up time(3pm)? and if there is additional charge, how much will it be? 2. Can you help us book the hotel with airport shuttle service in new york on 26th may since we will have to take the flight on 27th to greenville, sc? 3.Is there any chance for us to attend the night show, phantom of the opera with additional charge? 4.About the luggage, is there any limit of the number luggage ? 2009-04-07 11:54:45 Hi Thirapong: 1.The pick up times listed on our webpage are the only ones available for this tour. We will not be able to provide any pick ups between 10:30 am - 3:00 pm. 2. We do not have any hotels that offer airport shuttle service to any of the airports. 3. We do not offer any Broadway shows with our tour. Please view the Package Excludes section for optional tours available to join while on tour. 4. Please note that we currently allow only 2 medium sized bags per person travelling on tour. 5. Please see the pickup schedules for the three NYC airports to assist you in planning for your flight arrival: Pickup Times at JFK: 10:30am, 3:00pm, 6:00pm, 10:30pm Pickup Times at LGA: 11:00am, 3:00pm, 6:30pm, 11:00pm Pickup Times at EWR: between 1:30pm and 10:30pm.
