2009-07-06 15:15:05 Hi Jenny: At the two observation points, the bus will stop for 45 minutes each (Mather Point and Yavapai Point) with a short break at Bright Angel Lodge. There will also be a 1 hour lunch stop outside of the Grand Canyon National Park. At the Hoover Dam, the bus will stop approximately 15 minutes, as security only permits this short time. Q: I am a vacationing tourist to United States. I want to book for USLA2-300, but I think the Las Vegas portion of this tour is not enough. I want to extend my stay in Las Vegas for 1 more day. When booking, please comment that you would like for this tour to end in Las Vegas without the return to Los Angeles with this tour. The tour will then be arranged with Las Vegas as the last leg of the tour. The price of this tour will remain the same if you do not take the Las Vegas to Los Angeles return. We currently do not have a Universal tour that departs from Las Vegas. 2009-07-04 12:42:11 Hi Fred coulter: The helicopter portion of this tour is only from the rim to the canyon floor and return. Each helicopter has 6-7 seats in 2 rows. The helicopter features large windows for great views of the canyon for pictures and possible video footage. This tour flies over Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and the West Rim in an airplane. Windows on the airplane are smaller and may not allow easy photo taking or video recording. Thank you for your inquiry. We will be able to see most of the springs for sure, most likely Grand Prismatic Spring should be in the tour. When you go on tour, you can consult with the tour guide for details. He/She will try their best to accommodate the request. Meals are not included on this tour. The time at the West Grand Canyon is approximately about 3.5 - 4 hours as the drive from Las Vegas to the West Rim is around 2 hours, 45 minutes. Thank you for your inquiry.
