To whom it may concern,
I have another question. Not meaning to sound strange I just want to prepare myself for the worst case scenario. 1) What would happen if a tourist overslept that day or did not wake-up in enough time to participate in a tour? 2) How would that work-out? 3) If this was to happen are you all still able to provide transportation for those individuals or make a 2nd trip? Has this happened to tourist before? (not saying that I am planning on doing this, just need to know what to do if this was to happen)
Hi Sabray:
In the very unlikely case that a traveler missed a departure on any of the days while on tour, we would not be able to provide transportation in such a situation. This has not happened to any of our customers before as the tourguide ensures that everyone in the group is present before moving on to the next destination.

I would love to join this trip but we are vegetarian do we have to pay for the BBQ dinner any way? If not how much is just for the admition to the canyon? Is there something we can eat or we should bring our own food?
Hi Eren:
The total tour package price includes the dinner and we are unable to discount the price if you choose not to have the meals included in the tour. You can definitely choose to bring your own food, as we would not be able to guarantee availability of vegetarian meals while on tour.

Thus, you can leave the flight information blank and provide it to us at a later time after we confirm your reservation. Re 5 day East Coast Bus Tour. I have 3 questions:
a) Do you go to the Canadian side of Niagara Falls or stay within the US Side.
b) Is the tour non-smoking ie both bus and hotel
c) What time is the usual morning departure time during the tour days.
Kind regards
Sohail
Hi Sohail:
The tour only covers the U.S. side of the Falls and does not enter into Canada. The tour bus is non-smoking as are the hotels booked, unless smoking rooms are requested. The usual morning departure times for the tour are around 7:30 am- 8:30 am.

To whom it may concern,
I am planning on taking this trip in a few weeks and have some question. 1) Since this tour is going to be nothing but theme parks, is the tour guide going to be with us the whole time as we tour and enjoy these parks? 2) When we arrive at theme park is the tour guide going to drop us off and then have us meet him/her back at a certain time? 3) At what time do we usually leave the hotel to arrive at theme parks and what's the lastest time we usually depart from theme parks? 4) If having to meet tour guide at a particular time, what should I do in case I get lost trying to find my way back to where we have to meet? Who would I contact?
Hi Sabray:
The tour guide would not stay with you the whole time at the theme parks as the parks are best enjoyed independent of a guide. Departures from the hotel are usually at 9:00 am and departure from the parks are usually at around 5:30pm-onwards. The guide would usually drop you off at the park locations then pickup you up at a specified time at the end of the day, and he would always provide you with his own cellphone number in case you would need to contact him.

Also, could you confirm if this tour will put up in holiday inn as well? I'd prefer that. thanks
Hi Lynette:
The Ramada Hotel usually booked for the tour would be the one in Amherst, NY. The other possible hotels booked for the tour would be the Holiday Inn.

Hi
What is the difference between this tour and '2 Days Niagara Falls and Corning Glass Center Bus Tour A (Super Value Tour)'?
Also, how big is the coach? Can it accommodate huge luggages?
Lastly, how many minimum number of people per travel group? Is there a chance of the tour being cancelled at the last minute?
Hi Loh:
This tour visits the Finger Lakes region along with the Niagara Falls and Corning Glass Center. This tour is a High Quality tour, where as the hotel accommodation is better than the Super Value tour. This tour can accommodate 54 + passengers and 2 medium sized pieces of luggage per person. Normally this tour does not become cancelled as this is one of our most popular tours

I'm thinking of taking this tour in July 2009. Is this tour going to Death Valley or Yosemite? If it is going to Yosemite, can you please tell me the details of what sights we will be seeing and where we will be staying? Thank you.
Hi Valerie:
This tour will visit Yosemite. Death Valley is only substituted for the months between December to March. As per the tour itinerary, highlights in Yosemite Park include: Tunnel View, Bridal Veil Falls, El Captain, Merced River, Yosemite Falls, Half Dome. We'll have an overnight stay in Fresno.
