Q: Thank you for your quick response. Additional questions: 1. Any recommended for budget hotel on Apr. 3-5 & Apr.9 and what is the room rate for budget and Holiday Inn? 2. Can you arrange to pick up my friends from the hotel above to join 1st and 2nd tours? 3. Since we go to another city after the tour. Can each of us carry 1 big language and 1 cabin language?

2010-02-13 11:57:50 Hi POM: For pre-tour extensions we recommend the Holiday Inn La Mirada. The rates are $78 Double, $88 Triple, or $98 Quad occupancy (prices subject to change without notice). For post-tour extensions we recommend the Courtyard by Marriott LAX. The rates are $89 Double, $99 Triple, or $109 Quad occupancy (prices subject to change without notice). The Courtyard by Marriott LAX offers free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and back. This tour only offers hotel transfer service from the LAX airport beginning on Day 1. If you wish, you may self transfer to the hotel instead. Hotel check in is after 3PM. You are each welcome to bring 2 medium sized luggage and 1 small carry-on. Thank you for your inquiry. Q: Hi. If we would like to extend for 2 nights, and we would like to go to California Adventure and San Diego Sea World (fort he 2 days) plus tranfer to the los angeles airport on the 3rd day, how much will be the additional for 3 pax. And we plan to join on mar19, since we won't be able to go to the yosemite national park, will there be a discount for the admission fees? and if we won't join the day 4 - grand canyon tour, can the admission be deducted as well, because we plan to just stay on Las Vegas for that day on our own. 2010-02-12 11:03:26 Hi Diana: The tour does not offer a "central pickup" and you have 2 options to join the tour on it's first day: 1) Arrange for a pickup out of any of the NYC airports: JFK, LGA and EWR anytime between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm. 2) Arrange your own transportation to arrive at the hotel booked for the first night (hotel is usually located new EWR airport and details on the hotel is confirmed when an order is placed for the tour) Thank you for your inquiry. And they also have different plans during the tour. If you upgrade hotels, the extra money is for the tour, not for every night.
