Hi Philip: The price calculated is the final for a single traveler including the single supplement, taxes and transaction fees. Please check on the tour's pricing page for more details on the tour package prices: https://www.tours4fun.com/7-day-mt-rushmore-and-yellowstone--airtour-package/pricing/ Thank you for your inquiry. Q:
I notice you allow 2 standard sized pieces of luggage on your tours (I read that on your FAQ) but I would like to bring 1 large piece, what size is my suitcase allowed to be in dimensions please?

Hi Kay Australia: 45 inches is considered as standard comprised of the following measurements: 22 x 14 x 9. As you are only bringing one piece of luggage and there is usually more than enough space in the luggage compartment on the bus, it is perfectly okay to bring a larger suitcase if you are bringing only one. Thank you for your inquiry. Frank - Customer Service Rep. www.tours4fun.com

Q:
I'm looking at taking the 9/26/10 Boston-NY-WA D.C.-Hersey's-Corning Glass-Niagara Falls tour. Right now without a campanion the cost is $513.97. What is the break down of the charges? If someone else joins in the cost would be cheaper? Half of $760.19 (380.91)? How far is the location 81 Harrison from the Greyhound Bus station? About what time (approximate) would we arrive back in Boston? What do you mean by professional tour escort? Is the service fee for tour guide for this person? Can I pre-pay it when I pay for my tour? How likely would this tour be cancelled due to inadaquate number of customers? This may be my only chance to be able to tour this part of the country. I will get the travel insurance - any recomendations of what the insurance should entail? It looks like a wonderful trip, I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you. Pat

Hi Pat: The per person price is usually lowered if you book more travelers to a room for the tour. As the price offered as a package, we are currently unable to provide a breakdown of the total tour cost. Please provide us with the address for the Greyhound Station you'll be arriving at to allow us to provide you with more accurate information as to the distance from the station to the tour's pickup point. The service fees payable on tour are for the tour guide's services, and can only be payable on tour. For the month you with to take the tour, the likelyhood of it's cancellation due to lack of participants is very low. Generally, it would be best if you get insurance providing the most coverage for cancellations. Thank you for your inquiry. Steve - Customer Service Rep. www.tours4fun.com

Q:
Is there an option of ensuring a room with water views at any of your hotels? I would be willing to pay a surcharge for this. Also, whilst on the Big Island is there an opportunity to see live lava flow?

Hi Danielle: You can definitely put a request in for rooms with water views, but we cannot guarantee booking a room with a water view. You should get the opportunity to view the lava flows on this tour. Thank you for your inquiry. Steve - Customer Service Rep. www.tours4fun.com

Q:
Hi, we're considering to take the USNY3-143 tour. What's the difference between 1st class and standard quality tours? A bit confused as the 1st class's price is actually lower than standard's (338 vs 395). Pls help clarify. Thanks.

Hi Thuy: The different is the higher rating for the hotels booked for the tour. The price is currently lower for the tour due to a discount we're offering for the First Class package, but note that this will be only available temporarily and the price will eventually increase later this year.
