Q: On arrival at the airport, how would I find my tour guide at the Baggage Claim? Would I be met as my plane lands, or do you wait for a group to arrive before we leave for the hotel? thanks!

2010-02-24 15:32:38 Hi Katy: The tour escort will usually have a sign up of the tour group's main contact he will try to constantly contact the travelers via cell phone/ emergency contact number provided upon confirmation of flight arrival. We arrange the airport pickups in line with the customer's flight information. If no other travelers are arriving at the same time give or take 30 minutes, then you would normally be taken straight to the hotel upon your pickup. Thank you for your inquiry.
