Q: I cannot print your page. My husband cannot use the computer and would like to read the information. Is there a way to print your page? The standard print button (using Windows Explorer on Windows 95 gives me 105 pages 1 line each!

Q: Our plane arrives LA at around 10:00 am. Is there any other later departure times that we can have. By the time we get out of the customs, I reckon it will be around midday.
