Q: Thankyou for your prompt replies. Just 1 final question, if we arrive in New York some day(s) earlier than the commencement of one of your Dec 2010 tours, would you provide a free pick up from a new york hotel in lieu from JFK airport (say within 10 miles from the sheraton) to the sheraton? Q: How many adults can you comfortably accommodate in a room? If there is a family of 4 , How many double beds would be there in a room? Would it be a suite or two rooms , how many with attached bathroom? Any restriction on the size/weight/ number of pieces of baggage allowed per passenger? 2010-05-05 16:19:54 Hi Amar: Each room can accommodate up to 4 passengers (regardless of age). There are 2 double beds (full/queen sized). Each room is a standard room (not suite). You are welcome to book 2 separate rooms with double occupancy each for 2 rooms. Each room has 1 bathroom. Each passenger is allowed 2 medium sized pieces of luggage and 1 carry on. The events like Maid of the Mist, Corning Museum, etc. that you would have to pay for the admission fee. It is not included in the tour package.
