Q:
Hi, I've got a couple of questions, considering this tour doesn't have any reviews or questions as yet. Firstly, what is the luggage restrictions (eg. 2 pieces allowed etc) for the tour? Secondly, is this a double language tour (eg. Chinese/English)? Thirdly, when it says "Optional" in the itinerary, does that mean that it is optional for the customer to do these things, or optional for the tour guide to do them? If these "Optional" activities weren't taken, what would be put in place of them? (eg. "Continue travelling to Don King's Western Museum (optional)" what if I choose not to go to the Museum?) Fourthly, in terms of the Yellowstone portion of the tour, can you please provide me with more information on what will be seen, including the trip to any of the geysers, waterfalls etc. Fifthly, and finally, is the admission to any of the parks (incl. the Mt Rushmore and Yellowstone parks) included in the price? What are the types of meals included in meals included price? Thank you so much in anticipation of you answering these questions. I really appreciate it and look forward to taking part in the tour. Kind Regards, Graeme Roberts

Hi Graeme Roberts: Thank you for your inquiry. 1. We recommend that each customer carry 2 pieces of luggages(standard size) due to load limitations of the tour coaches. 2. The tour will be conduct in both English and Chinese. 3. Optional tours are optional for customers. If customers are not interested, they would wait for others. 4. As for the detailed information of Yellowstone, we would visit Yellowstone Canyon, Waterfalls, Hot springs, Geysers, Wildlife reservations and so forth. 5. The tour fee does include the admissions to Yellowstone National Park, Devil's Tower, Grand Teton and Mountain Rushmore. If you would like to know more about the package includes and excludes, please refer to the pricing on the tour page. 6. The tour fee only includes breakfasts. Should you have further information, feel free to contact us. Thanks very much! -Alisa Customer Service Rep. www.tours4fun.com

Q:
Hello, I'm from Croatia (Zagreb). During the visit USA this summer, me and my wife will stay in Los Angeles from June 30. We plan to spend three days in LA and then go on a five-day trip (USLA2-601) that provides your agency, with the completion of trip on July 07. 2010. We are particularly interested in the possibility of transfer to the airport on the evening flight to San Francisco (10.25pm) on July 07 2010. From the description of the trip could be concluded, the first day of the tour is scheduled for groups gathering in the hotel (LA). Q1: Is it possible to join the group on the second day before departure to Las Vegas if we stay in another hotel? Q2: Is it possible that you make a hotel reservation for us, with check-in on June30. 2010. (we will arrive at LAX 22.44pm, flight CO1502), with the inclusion of five-day trip, starting on 03. July (departure at Las Vegas, on 04. July)? Q3: What is included in the optional offer ''Hotel upgrade'' ? Please your response as soon as possible, because I want to make the trip reservation and payment on time. Thankfully your prospective customer Mr. Slobodan Braic

Hi Slobodan Braic: We can definitely add on pre-hotel extensions to your package at the Holiday Inn La Mirada which is the same hotel booked for the tour. The rate per room per night at the hotel is only $78.00 per room per night for a single/ double room, and we can schedule your pickup out of LAX for additional fees depending on the number of travelers in your group. The hotel upgrade option available is for the Los Angeles county area hotels only and the upgrade hotel is the Hilton San Gabriel Valley. Thank you for your inquiry. Hi Awareness: Please check on the following link for more information on documentary requirements for travel into Canada: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/index.asp The tour package will not include meals, but the guide will facilitate the meal stops and you would simply have to pay for the meals as you order them.
