If I book three people in one room, what are the sleeping arrangements? Can we each have our own bed? What size is it? Is there a pull out sofa or cot?

Our rooms are default double rooms. Meaning there will be two queen size or full sized beds in each room. There is no pull out sofa or cot. Two people will have to share 1 bed.

Do we have to take part in / pay for the extras (e.g. Empire State Building, museums etc)?
As my husband and I easily get sick to the stomach, is it possible to get a seat in the front of the bus?

1. The e-ticket will hold all the details of the tour. It will include the emergency contact number and other pertinent information regarding the tour. 2. If you are easily sea sick, we can try to arrange seats for you in the front on the first day. However, the bus is on a rotational seating schedule and everyone will switch seats daily. Also, please make sure to give us a note you would like seats in the front. You can always talk with the tour guide about the seating.

If you successfully booked the tour, you will receive a "reservation receipt". This receipt simply tells you a booking attempt has been successfully entered our system. A reservation receipt simply tells you that you have make a booking and it has entered our system to be processed. A reservation receipt does not mean the tour is confirmed and your spots have been reserved.
I am not sure what went wrong with your booking. Did you us a credit card or ask for another payment option.
If it is a problem with your credit card, you must check your credit card's limit, expiration date, and billing address to see if there is some miss match. Our system may reject your payment if there is a mismatch. This is to protect you.
Please try to rebook again. You may attempt the same credit card or you can try to use another credit card but please let us know so we can help you with the rebooking.
