We cannot confirm the hotel until 1-2 days before the departure date of the tour. The hotels we list on the itinerary are the default hotels we try to get you to. You can just let the visa people know the nightly hotels that should be your hotels. Just know the hotels are not guaranteed.

We have multiple circle bus tours that perform the same itinerary but start in different cities. You can find the circle bus tour that is closest to your own pick up location. The tour gives you the option to "choose the city" where you start a round trip European circle bus tour.
I do not believe there is a tour company out there that offers a 7 day European tour that picks up and drops off in all European cities.
