Q: Hi, Want to book this tour but will arrive LAX on Sep10, Can you arrange pick up on that day and would like to stay at same hotel for the first night on Sep11. Are there any stop for shopping at "Coach Shop" in this programme and normally how long for out let shopping. Can you recommend the hotel on Sep10? I will start tour on Sep11 for 2 guys and hope that is still available. Thank you.

We can arrange the pick up service for you with additional fees. Once you are in the outlet, you are free to shop at any stores you desire. We can also help you book the hotel for 9/10. This tour is still available for 9/11 at this time, please book online for final confirmation. This really depend on the day's situation. If the IMAX movie would start soon after your arrival then you would go see the IMX movie first, if not then may be the other way around.

To get the buy two get one free deal, you will have to have 3 people in one room. The rooms we book are the standard, two bed-rooms. So for four people, you will have to share two beds to enjoy the promotion.

If this happens at the pick up airport we would cancel this tour all together, as in all the other guests, and the tour guide will not be able to make the tour also. But if you are worried about this happening where you are boarding the plane, we would recommend you to purchase the travel insurance. For this tour you will have to pay $40.00 for

Q: Hi, My wife and I will soon get a trip to Niagara Falls with you (USBS38-720), and we have some questions: 1) Can we have a detailed program of the trip? We are interested in joining some - but not all - the facultative excursions. Will we be left free to roam around by ourselves during that time? We would like to visit Niagara Falls town, and some museums in Toronto. 2) How can we pay for attractions and the tip for tour guide? Are debit cards accepted or it is better to have cash? In the latter case shall we pay in US or Canadian dollars? 3) We already have tickets for the Skylon Tower. Maid of the Mist - Adult $16 Child(2-9): $10
IMAX Movie Niagara Falls - Adult: $14, Child(2-9): $10
CN Tower - Adult: $27.00, Child(2-9): $18.00
Skylone Tower - Adult: $14, Child(2-9): $10
Casa Loma Castle - Adult: $20, Child(2-9): $12
Thousand Island Cruise - Adult: $22.00, Child(2-9): $16.00
We do not have the detailed time of when the optional tours are going to happen, the tour guide will arrange that according to the day's condition. If you are not interested in some of the optional tours, you will have your free time to roam around the place, but be sure to get the gathering time from the tour guide before leaving the group.
2. You will have to pay the tour guide in cash, both currency are fine, which ever is most convenient to you.
3. You can use your own tickets, however, the tour might go on the tower for lunch, so you may have to pay extra for that.
4. We can only confirm the hotel 2-3 days before your departure date, please call us around that time to confirm your hotels. You should not have to change the hotels from the first night to the second for this tour.

1. You will have to pay for the tour in full in order for us to start our booking process.
2. The bus leaves the hotel around 6am, unless the tour guide stated other wise.
3. YES Pickup Time at EWR: between 3:30pm and 11:00pm.
4. We will take our guests to either the Boston or JFK.LGA New York airports. Please book a flight that departs from BOS after 3:00pm, and flights that depart from JFK/LGA airports after 8:30 pm, on the last day of your tour.
5. The night tour is $25.00/person, you can just tell the tour guide that you would like to join the night tour.
