We do not provide airport pick up prior the tour. We can book hotels for you on 14th Sep near EWR, JFK, and LGA, room rate depends on which hotel and how many people. Usually we will return around 6:00-7:00pm on the last day, it depends on trafic condition as well. Yes, you can bring your luggage together, but we suggest not to bring more than 2 pieces.
