This tour departs from every Monday, Tuesday and Saturday. We do not have departure on Sunday. The estimated arrival time back to New York will be 7:00-8:00 P.M.

Q: Where is your 2011 schedule so we can plan ahead. If I board the bus in San Francisco and my friend in Oakland site, will it be the same bus (assuming we'll book our tour together). Will the bus that pick up clients in San Francisco will pass by Oakland site and pick up other clients. just wanted to make sure as I 'm concern my friend might end up traveling alone in another bus. Our 2011 schedule for Yellowstone tour will be release around the end of this year. When you book a new reservation, please book for both you and your friend as the guest of this reservation, and indicate the name of the guest that wish to depart from a different location so we can arrange in a same bus seating together but different departure location.

There should be no problem in you taking the Maid of the Mist ride. However, the ride ends after October 24th, so make sure you book the tour before that date if the ride is what you are looking forward to for your tour.

Q: Does the hotels include breakfasts? If I take the buy 2 get 1 free, would the hotel add one more bed to standard room with double beds? We live in Boston? Is there a way you can pick us up in Boston or do we have to get to NYC by ourselves? Also, you told me the tour operates in both Chinese and English. Are the tour groups a mixture of Chinese and English speaking tourists? Also, can you send me a timetable of activities each day so that I know how long time we have for each site? Thank you. The room will stay as a standard room with two beds even if the third person is added to the order.
You will be staying in Boston one night out of this 6 day tour, we will not be able to pick you up from Boston, this tour will only start from NEW York airports (EWR/LGA/JFK). As an international online tour company, we will not be able to promise the nationality of our guests, but it is usually a mixture. We do not have a time table for this tour since that order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day.

Q: Do you have your May 2011 schedule up. i don't see any dates highlighted when i click for the month of May 2011. Secondly, pick up location, my sisters and i will be choosing SF pick up location, but my friend lives in Stockton. Where is her pick up location, is it Oakland? If so, will the bus from SF pick up be the same as the one in Oakland. For your friend, all the pick up locations are around 1.5 hours away from her, driving. So he/she will have to decide which location is the most convenient for him/her. If you would like to be on the same bus, the best way is to book the tour together, as one order. If not, you can note in the comment section of your request when you are booking the tour online, or call us after you have book the tour with both of your reservation/order number.

Both tours provide airport transfer, so what we can do is to help you book a hotel extension around the LAX airport, you can take the free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel on the last day of your first trip, then the same from the hotel to the airport for the first day of your second tour.
