Q: We are planning to book the 47-650 tour starting on Monday, 20th Dec 2010 (Buy 2 get 1 free). Please advice the scheduled time of arrival back into NY on the 22nd Dec. And what is the landmark in Chinatown for pick up as we are absolute newbies to the place. The hotels in both places will have attached baths? Also, if we have to include meals, how much extra would it be? We are 2 adults one child. Kindly confirm ASAP so as to book soon. Thanks.

The tour ends at New York at around 8:30pm-9:30pm which depends on the traffic condition on that very day and can not be guaranteed. The detailed address for pick up location is Chinatown, 48 Bowery St, New York, N.Y. 10013. When you get there, you should be able to see a lot of guests which is easy to recognize. The hotel rooms do have bathrooms. But meals are not included as tour guide will lead guests to food courts or fast food restaurants to enjoy themselves.

Q: Hi Joanna, Thanks for answering our queries so promptly. We will likely extend our stay at Las Vegas for post-tour for another 2 nights at the similar hotel (i.e. Stratosphere). Do we need to indicate in the request/remarks columm during the process of the online booking? However, as for the pre-tour, we are still deciding on which hotel to choose, based on the pick up locations, as some of the hotels in there don't seem to have really good reviews, esp the those at the later pickup timings. Currently, we do not offer hotel booking of Stratosphere. Our best selling hotels are Tropicana and Harrah's. Please include your request in comment section if you would like to add the hotel extension on the tour.

Q: Hi, My friend and I are planning a trip to East Coast. We found the 6-Day East Coast: New York, Philadelphia, DC, Niagara Falls & Boston from NY (Budget Friendly) tour is quite great. Besides that, we are also interested in this 6-Day 2011 New Year's Eve Countdown at New York Time Square & US East Coast Multi-city Tour Package w/ Airport Transfer (Budget Friendly) (E) tour. Can you recommend which one is better? We wonder about the time that we will meet the tour guide at the airport? The major difference is that Countdown tour includes the New Year Countdown acitivity and has an only one departure on December 30th. It depends on your choice which tour you prefer. The first day of the tour is for airport pick up, and we arrange pick up service according to guests' arrival flight details. If you arrives at New York prior to the departure date, then you can schedule out a meeting location at the airport within 9:00am-10:00pm. Meals are not included in the tour as most guests would like free choice on food. Tour Guide always lead guests to food courts or fast food restaurant to enjoy themselves.

Tour stops at Barstow Outlet Factory about 1 hour, depending on the traffic condition and tour arrangement on that day. There will be free time when in San Francisco and Las Vegas. We advise that you can please consult the tour guide when you are on the tour, he/she will recommend you some shopping malls nearby.

Tour Guide will conduct the tour both in Englilsh and Chinese. Any guest who understands the basic English should be enjoying the tour. We do keep Yosemite Park in this tour, however, tour vendor reserves the right to change the itinerary if the weather does not permit to continue the tour to Yosemite.
