Q: I'll be arriving in JFK at around 330pm on 10 May 2011 but will join the 8D tour on 11 May. Do I get the airport transfer to the same hotel that I intended to book through yr company? How much do I need to pay for the extra night? I understand that if I book the 3rd person under the Buy 2 Get 1 Free, before the offer end at 31 Dec 2010 and due to last minute changes, say in Apr 11, the 3rd person is not able to travel with us, I am required to pay the cancellation charge of US$30. We offer pre tour extensions in your case at the JFK Airport Hotel at $135.00 per room per night. The hotel offers free shuttle service, so upon your arrival on the first day, you can simply take the free shutte from JFK to the hotel, then take the free shuttle back the next day to JFK for a transfer to the hotel book for the tour's first night. Yes, any cancellations of a free fare travelers will entail the $30.00 ammendment fee.

Yes, as long as your arrival time is between 8:30am-10:30pm, the tour guide will pick you up from the JFK airport upon your arrival without extra charge.For LGA, the free airport pick up time is from 8:30am - 10:30pm, & Newark airport pick up is from 3:30pm - 11:00pm.

The Everglades Airboat portion of the tour picks up passengers from all hotels in the Downtown Miami area. For the Biscayne Bay Boat portion of the tour, passengers will need to go, on their own, to the Port of Miami pier to board the boats.

When to pay the service fees to the tour guide are dependant upon the tour guide. The service fees listed per day/per person are for both the tour guide and the bus driver. This tour will be subject to have rotating tour guides.
