Usually we will need E-ticket to board, if you really have no printer, you can take a picture by camera and show to the tour guide when boarding. Please also leave a note when you make reservation.

All the hotels you mentioned: Hampton Inn EWR, Sheraton EWR, Renaissance offers free shuttle bus to EWR, so you can simply take those shuttle buses to avoid any transportation fee. However, we strongly suggest you to live in the first-night hotel directly on your arrival to avoid any transportation. You can put that request in the Comments section when making reservation so that we can confirm the first-night hotel name and price for you.

At the moment you would need to book your tour and let us know during the booking process that you need an extention for hotel reservation. But to answer your question, it would roughly cost around $150.00 per night. Also note that it depends on how many people will be staying in the hotel with you.
To take a taxi from JFK to EWR it can cost anywhere around $80.00.

I reguards to your question, unfortunately it is not possible. The NY City pass is not valid on this tour and all optional tour fees must be paid on the day of the tour, to the tour guide.
