Q: Hi, I am interested in this 7 day package and have several questions. 1) The tour departs every Tue and Sat. If my flight were to arrive on a Wed, is it possible to have the free airport pick up and the 1 night accomodation(ie Day 1) arranged on a Wed, and then day 2 on the Sat of the same week ? Assuming that I would have to find my own lodging for Thurs and Friday night. 2) What is the travel time and how far is is Hilton LA airport hotel from the proposed Holiday Inn La Mirada or Howard Johnson Hotel for Day 1 ? 3) For Day 6 of the trip, which is to visit Grand Canyon national park. Would it be possible to also arrange an add on of the north canyon helicopter tour , which is also available from yr website? Thanks

We can arrange an early pickup out of LAX for you for an additional $30.00 only if you book the extensions with the transfer albeit for 1 night only. You can then start the tour on Saturday, but you would have to arrange your own transportation to get to the hotel booked for the first night of the tour. In your case, we recommend you book the pre tour extensions for the 3 nights at an additional $78.00 per room per night only (single/ double occupancy) The LAX are is usually about a 30-40 minute drive from the hotels booked for the first night of the tour. Please note that the order of the tour itinerary may change from what is shown on the website, and any optional tours should be scheduled with the tour guide directly.

Passports that are valid 6 months from your travel dates are usually all that's required for US citizens to enter Canada, but please check with your nearest Canadian embassy for the most up to date information on travel requirements for US citizens travelling into Canada. The tour guide will arrange all meal stops and average cost of meals are $9.00-$20.00 per person per meal.

The tour starts from Nigagara Falls NY, and ends in Niagara Falls NY. The tour does not offer transfers back to NYC. We do have a tour starting out of NYC covering Niagara Falls and then back to NYC all done in one day. The link is included below for your convenience:

The tour tends to have reduced departures in 2012, but usually retains the Saturday departures for the low season. Please check back with us around September for the tour's 2012 departure dates. The tour usually leaves out of the following locations/ times in NYC below:
