Q: Hey, I am planning for a 6 day East coast trip on March 30th. My parents will be joining me on trip. Since, they are flying from abroad, I was wondering whether you have any luggage limits or policy. I would also like to know about the tips. I know it says min $6/day per person. But I would like to know how many guides will be there and are we required to pay tips to each guide? Also do we need to pay tips to the driver? Please reply ASAP. Thanks.

We do not have a luggage limit, however; we suggest two standard size luggage per person or one international size luggage. We will do our best o help you with whatever luggage you may have.The $6 requirement is only for the main bus driver and tour guide for your tour. So, if you have a party of 3 people (for example); the service fee will be $18 per person per day. Other guides you may experience will be for about 1-2 hours on the optional tours. The gratuity for these guides are optional.

Q: 1)hi,i realize this is a bus tour -but i am not familiar with the distances and the time needed to be travelling everyday??i presume we spend 2-3 hours travelling on average per day??what would be the longest stretch of travelling time on this 8 day tour?? 2)also i presume there is a daily stop for lunch(at our cost) 3)also we are a family of four(two teenagers )would all the hotels accomadate in one room or would we have to book two doubles?? thanks clive View answers (1) A: |

1. the longest stretch for this tour on bus would be the way from Washington D.C. to Niagara Falls, which takes around 8 hours drive. There will be a restroom stop every 2-3 hours along the way.
2. Yes, the tour guide will take you places to eat daily, but you will have to pay for your own meals.
3. You can choose to have your party in one or two rooms.

You may choose to opt out any part of the tour as long as you inform your tour guide of your decision before hand. The tour cost does not change, please also note that the order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day.

Therefore, you have to go along with the tour unless you choose to end the tour early. 2) For this tour, we don't pick up customers from the airport, but we will drop you off at the end of the tour. 3) If you have 4 persons joining the tour, 2 of them will be free. The price for your family will be $812.00 only. In order to qualify for this "buy 2 get 2 free" offer, please make sure all 4 of you are staying at the same hotel room. 4) We have some 3-days tour packages that go to NYC, D.C. and Niagara Falls, they can be searched by tour code "47-650" and "81-216".

I would really like to have the helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon as an add on in Day 7 of the tour, when there is a trip to the Grand Canyon National Park.
