We cannot can usually only fully confirm your tour about 24-48 hours after you place your order for the tour on our website. As such, we advise that you book the tour first, and then book your airfare after we confirm your reservation. The minimum requirement for the tour varies, and you can have as many as 50 travelers in a group at one time. The hotel booked as part of the package for your stays near NYC is usually located near the EWR Newark New Jersey airport area. We can offer hotel extensions after the tour at the Sheraton EWR starting at $159.00 per room per night.

Q: i have a question about the type of bus we will be traveling in. I'm planning on taking the tour the first of week of May with my mother. i was just wondering if it was a mini shuttle bus or a larger bus with more comfortable seats. i also just wanted to confirm that once the tour ends in boston if you decide NOT to flight out of boston the bus will drop us off at JFK? Most if not all of our tours are initiated with a Tour Deluxe Coach which seats about 55-60 travelers. Most if not all buses are equipped with an emergency restroom at the back of the bus and televisions.
Lastly, when the tour comes to an end, yes you will have the option to return back to NY. Keep in mind that if you do have a flight out of JFK on the last day, make sure that the flight is booked after 7:30pm.

Q: Hi, If i were to book this tour that starts on June 17th (Friday) but do not need the accomodation that is provided on 17th June night, is it possible to have this accomodation shifted to the last day ( Day 8) of the tour on June 24th instead ? Unfortunately, this is not possible. If you need an additional night after the tour ends, you may request a hotel extension for an additional fee at the time of booking. We do not offer any discounts, credits, or incentives for unused part of the trip, so keep this in mind when making your reservation.
Now, with respects to the transfers, we can only provide free airport transfer for the date you select as your start date (arrival in Los Angeles). So if you do not need any airport transfers when you arrive to Los Angeles, your only option would be to self transfer to the fist night hotel on your own on the tour start date. This is very important because it is difficult to say if you would be allowed to join on Day 2 due to changes that can happen to order of day-to-day itineraries.

It is necessary to pay for the infant. You will have to provide your own child seats as the tour bus does not supply child seats to infant travelers. The restaurants stopped at as part of the meal breaks on the tour will always have vegetable only dishes on their menu.

The tour only allows travelers to join out of their start cities. You can choose to end the tour early, but please note that the tour does not guarantee any other drop off or end location other than NYC.

This is a great question.
First, for the tour you are inquiring about, no Canadian Visa is required on you part to participate on this tour. A U.S. Visa will be sufficient on this tour. This is because the tours is only visiting Niagara Falls from the US side and not the Canadian.
Now, if you to intend to partake on a tour which does travel to the Canadian side of Niagara Falls and visits other cities such as Toronto, then a Canadian Visa may be required. It is a different case and situation for different people for different countries, therefore we will not be able to say for sure if you would need to obtain one as we are not an Embassy and are not allowed to disclose such information. The bus will have air conditioning. Hotels generally do not offer breakfasts, you may ask the tour guide whether or not you will need to retrieve breakfast yourself for your particular stay. The tour guide will arrange meals at fast food restaurants, food courts, or regular restaurants if time permits.
The child price range is from 2-9 years old.
"Buy 2 get 1 free" is offered so long as 3 people share 1 room then the 3rd person's ticket price is free.

This tour offers an airport transfer from JFK. There are no drop offs and additional pick ups any where along the way.
Check-in at the first night's hotel is offered at 3:00 p.m.
If you are arriving early, you may attempt to check-in early, however; your room may not be ready at that moment.
