Q: Been hearing about the tour buses being shut down in the New York area. My friend and I have a tour booked for June and was wondering if this affects any of your tour buses.

This 6-Day tour package is one of the most popular tours we have, therefore, it's very unlikely that this tour will be shut down. The only occasion we will shut down the bus is due to severe weather conditions, which we can't predict at this time.

Yes, there will be a penalty if one of the passenger decided that he or she cannot join the tour. If one person cancels before the tour departure date, there will be a $30.00 amendment fee for this change. Any no-shows on the tour departure date will be assessed at least $265.00 penalty depending on the tour you choose, per passenger. This is a mandatory fee payable to the tour guide in cash by the other participating travelers from the same reservation in order for them to get on the tour.
We can book pre/post tour hotel extensions for you around the tour pick up location, or around any of the New York airports (EWR/LGA/JFK) , all you have to do is to note your request in the comment section when you are booking the tour online for us to provide a quote to you. We will only book the hotel extensions for you after you have agreed to the hotel rate quoted to you.
