I am pretty interested in this tour and I have a few questions:
- Can we see a Broadway show during the night tour at NYC?
- Is there a visit of the Chateau Fontenac on the last day of the tour?
- What time do we get back to Boston on the last day?
Many thanks,
We do not recommend you book a night show on your own, and the tour will not guarantee you the time to catch a show in Broadway, but you can try to arrange this with the tour guide on your first day. The visit to Quebec will allow you to view the Chateau Frontenac on the last day of the tour. Arrival back to Boston is at about 8:00 pm on the last day.

We are a group of 13 pax and will be taking taking shuttle bus from Vegas to LA on the 24th May 2011 (Tues). As we are not taking flight, where should we meet?
We are planning to take the San Diego tour instead of Disneyland. Understand that we have to pay $68 per person for that. However, also noted on pricing excludes column, we have to pay for the admission fees for theme parks. Does that mean we have to pay additional for the admission fees to Universal Studio? If yes, how much will that cost?
You can proceed to the hotel booked for the first night (usually located in La Mirada, CA) if you do not require an airport transfer. The price of the theme park tickets are not included and will be payable on tour. Disney and Universal Studios tickets will cost $70.00 on tour, payable to the guide and can be subject to price changes.

My family (2 adults, 3 kids aged 16, 14 & 6) wish to take this tour (code 47-652) on 16th May, 2011. I wish to ask:
1. When you stop for food on the way, do we get vegetarian food there easily?
2. What time do we leave our hotel for local sight-seeing the next morning?
3. Do we come back to the hotel for luggage pick-up before final departure?
4. We have to catch a flight from Buffalo Intl Airport (for Orlando) at around 5 pm, so can you leave us behind in Buffalo?
5. How far is this hotel from the airport?
6. We wish to take both - 'maid of the mist cruise' as well as 'cave of the winds tour'. Do we have enough time for both (considering that we have to take lunch, collect our baggage from the hotel and rush to the airport)?
7. Considering that we take 'one-way' trip (leaving the tour in Buffalo), please calculate total trip cost for my family. Please include both the optional tours as stated above in this cost as I will buy them from you while reservation only.
1. No Vegetarian options are guaranteed at the restaurant stops.
2. Generally you leave at 7:00 - 8:00 a.m. in the morning.
3. You will need to store the luggage on the tour bus.
4. If you need to leave from Buffalo, you will have to stay behind at the hotel and not take the 2nd day's tour. Or, you will have to self depart from the tour and arrange your own taxi from Niagara Falls. You must let the tour guide know before the end of the tour. The tour bus does not return to Buffalo from Niagara Falls. You will also have to make sure the bus driver is around and available for you to take your luggage. We DO NOT suggest you make this kind of hectic transfer.
5. The hotel is in the Buffalo region and is about 1 hour away from the buffalo airport.
6. The maid of the mist is not open until late april at this moment. This tour does not go to the cave of the winds. We do not know if you have enough time for a luggage and hotel rush to the airport. You will have to decide on that yourself and it will be your responsibility to make it to the airport on time.
7. There is not discount for departing early from a tour. You will have to pay for the optional tours in cash while you are on the tour and you will pay the amount to the tour guide.
If your 3rd free person is not going on the tour, you need to send us a notice if that the person is not going. If you do not inform us that the 3rd person is not going on the tour 2 weeks prior to the tour's departure and you show up for the tour without the 3rd free person present, you will incur the "no show" fee.
The "no show" fee for this tour.
So, if a passenger for your tour is not going on the tour, you need to inform us as soon as possible or additional fees will be paid by the rest of the party while on the tour.
The 5 years will count under the child price. The 1 yr and 7 months will not count under the child price and will be free, however; they will not receive a bus seat if you list them as free passengers.
Also, please note, if you have a family of 5 people you will still have to book 2 rooms as the max occupancy per room is 4 people.
Hi
Sorry to ask so many questions. If i am willing to pay extra, would it be possible to help arrange for transportation services for a pick up at the Hilton LAX hotel to connect to this tour's nearest pickup point in LA (ie: ChinaTown LA Dim Sum)? I am not sure if i would be able to catch a taxi that early in the morning from Hilton LAX hotel to Chinatown. thanks
This tour does not offer airport transfers. We suggest you take a taxi to try and make the departure time or we suggest you try to fly in one day earlier and make arrangements for the tour the next day.
