I am planning to take 5 Day East Coast From Washington DC Standard Quality tour in May 2011. I have a few questions
1. Do we have to stand in the line at every attraction for the entry ticket like Hershey's Chocolate World or Maid of the Mist at Niagara or Empire State Building, New York etc. I understand that the entry fee is not included but whether the tour leader arranges for the tickets or we have to do it on our own?
2. Can you give rough idea about how much time we would spend at every attraction - for example - Hershey's Chocolate world, Empire State Building, Liberty Cruise
Thanks
1. No, you do not have to stand in Line. The tour guide will collect the fees for each location from you in cash and will acquire the tour group tickets.
2. Roughly at each important attraction you mentioned we will stay for 1-2 hours. The generic timing is the major locations require 1-2 hours. The less important locations require 15 - 30 minutes.
Hi just looking at the 1-Monterey Bay one day tour The itinerary shows cost of aquarium entry fee but on your q & a site you have answered the cost is included in tour can you please confirm either?
regards Michelle.
Hi,
If one of my friends want to start the trip in LA, but the other friend and I want to start it in LV, can we still have the buy 2 get 1 free discount?
Thanks
No, The particular tour you post this QA on only departs from Las Vegas.
If you would like to use the buy 2 get 1 free offer and if you would like to be on the same tour bus, please decide whether to start the tour in Las Vegas or Los Angeles.
Thankyou for your response. I understand not being able to guarantee time but approximately what time would we be scheduled to arrive at our hotel in Banff and then have free time?
I would like to go on a tour from New York leaving 0n Sept 11 2011. For about 8 or 9 days, flexible. i would like to go to niagara falls washington and especially would like to visit an amish community and anywhere else time permitting what do you have available??
I'm not sure if this got through properly so I thought i would resend -
Sorry I thought that the upgrade option that is provided at the top right of this screen was to the Banff International. Anyway my actual question was does the upgrade option on the top right hand side of this screen for the 'Hotel in Banff' allow? As per your tour itinerary it appears we get free time and then as the hot springs are open at night, we should be able to visit the hot springs? Also please adivise which hotel you are upgraded to in Banff?
The price upgrade option allows you to choose to book the standard or deluxe hotels available for the first and last nights on the tour. The hotel in Banff upgrade will allow you the option to upgrade the hotel for the third night on tour. The upgrade hotel used for the tour in Banff is called the Banff International Hotel and is located about 10 minutes (drive time) away from the Banff upper hot springs. As the operating hours of the hot springs vary, we will not be able to guarantee that you will be able to get to see the hotsprings at night on your own after the tour activities are over.
Thank you for your inquiry. Steve - Customer Service Rep. www.tours4fun.com
