Q: Hello, my husband and I were planning on coming a day earlier before the tour begins. So I was wondering if it was possible to get put in the same hotel that the tour was going to be put in the first day when they get picked up at the airport and transfered to the hotel? We will pay for the room, just think it would be easier on us to be there instead of trying to get a cab and what not. Also, what time does the tour actually start on the first day or is it just the night tour? Thanks View answers (1) A: |

Thank you for your interest in taking our tour. Please note our first nights hotels cannot be confirmed at this time as there is no existing booking in which we can reservation accommodations however the majority of the time the hotels we book at are by the EWR (Newark) airport. The only way we can facilitate the same hotel for a pre-tour and post tour is if you arrive through the EWR airport or self-transfer to the hotel on your own if you arrive at a different airport.
The first day is usually reserved for arrivals as many of our guests do flight from vast distances which is why we offer the optional night tour. This is will be the only activity conducted if you wish to join.

Please note the itinerary will vary depending on which day you depart; if you have a specific location you will need to be in on a particular day we would recommend booking the tour and noted the information within the comment section to determine if we can facilitate the option or not.
Itineraries are not finalize until a couple of days - 1 week prior to travel as we may have many different buses departing that date. This tour concludes in Buffalo New York and time of arrival will vary depending on weather and traffic conditions on that date. Generally arrive at the Buffalo airport at approximately 12:00pm. Again this us Buffalo area and not Manhattan.

This tour only departs on Sundays and Thursdays. If you arrive on June 27, we recommend you take the tour departing on June 30. You will need hotel extensions prior to the tour starting. Please let us know where you are flying into, so that we can recommend hotel accommodations to you.

The time to return back from the theme park is approximately 4:30-5:30, depending on the theme park. If your hotel is at either Holiday Inn La Mirada or Howard Johnson, the hotel provides complimentary shuttle service from Disneyland and back to the hotel (not available for Universal Studios or SeaWorld). You can simply return using that bus when visiting Disneyland. Please Comment this request so that we can try to arrange you at either hotel and after this has been confirmed, please inform your tour guide that day of your separate return to the hotel.

Correct, for 7 passengers the total amount for the tour itself is $642.72, plus the service fees total of $126.00.
The tour ends in New York approximately around 8:30-9:30pm, depending on return traffic.
Each passenger is allowed 1 medium sized luggage and 1 small carry on. Please check for weather conditions at: www.weather.com for expected weather. In Spring/Summer, we recommend you to wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
