Hi Henry Goldstein:

The upgrade for the deluxe price will be an upgrade to Radisson President /Executive Plaza hotel or something similar. The "hotel" upgrade will be a hotel in Banff. There is no Rail Ticket upgrade price, that is already a default.

Hi Octavio:

Correct, the promotion “buy 2 get 1 free” is on a share room basis. Meaning all 3 people share one room, so the 3rd person is free. The total amount for 3 persons is $271.92.

Please double check the itinerary and pricing section for this for further information.

Hi Tugrul Sayin:

At this moment, It is available everyday in the month of July.

For this tour, the first day is an airport transfer day to your hotel, there is no actual tour on the first day. You will have the whole day to rest and your tour will conclude the next day. If you would like a pre tour hotel extension, you can simply book one on our “easy book” system, under the “Arriving Early or Staying Late “section.

The buy 2 get 1 free is on a share room basis. You will simply input 3 adults.

Unfortunately, all foods are not provide in the tour, the tour guide will arrange meals on a daily basis and you will have the option to buy those meals, or you can bring your own meals along.

Q:
Hello, I am planning on travelling alone and doing this tour in August. I was wondering, do you suggest we 'find a companion' through your services? Or is it relatively easy to make friends within the tour? Also, I noticed that it says that you have to wait two days after reservation of the tour for confirmation of the dates..This makes it a little hard with booking flights which I want to do soon. As I am hoping to go in August, is it safe to assume that all days should be available? I am currently thinking of arriving in LA on the 12th (Friday) Thankyou for your assistance!

Hi Lauren:

If you are looking to share the costs of your tour, we recommend that you locate a Travel Companion. If you are looking to have your own room and are interested in making friends on tour, it is fairly easy as you will meet different travelers through your days on tour.

To locate a Travel Companion, please go to:
https://www.tours4fun.com/travel-companions/

Once your travel plans are set, we recommend that you book your tour online as soon as possible to avoid tour sell out. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.Typically reservations are confirmed within 24 hours.
