Q: What is the different between 46-147 and 46-2966 besides the quality of hotel? We would like to go Jersey Garden outlet mall in Day 1. Would you tell me which tour will stay in Courtry Inn or the hotel is close to the mall with free shuttle bus in Day 1, please? you stated that we will get confirmation after 2-3 business day. How often u will cancel the tour after we paid and received a confirmation? Thanks

Q: Hi. I notice in the fine print that you also charge a minimum of $6 per person per day for the tour guide! Huh? What's the $132 for then? Is it possible to NOT have a guide? ...... Thought so.....! How can it NOT be part of the price then? Bizarre. Might we also be paying for petrol or wear and tear on the bus tires? Why not price this honestly and say it's $150 then ($132 plus 3 X $6!!). Might it be more than $6 per day? When? Which tours? Why? The $6 ISN'T an option, so it's a MUST. It is mandatory to pay for the service fees to the tour guide and bus driver as this is a fully guided bus tour and these fees are paid directly to them on tour (therefore the separation of payment). Just like tips, you don't pay them in advanced to a company, you pay them to the person providing the service. As for the minimum of $6 per person per day, it is the same as when you dine out in groups of 8 or more, they charge 15% as a minimum service fee (standard for dine-in restaurants in the US). The tour guide is taking groups of 55 passengers and therefore are earning their right to be paid for their services on tour. If you feel like paying them more than $6 per person, per day, you are welcome to do so and it would be a nice compliment to how well they are doing.
If you do not wish to have a tour guide on tour, you may wish to consider taking an independent travel tour instead in order to not pay for the service fees to the tour guide and bus driver:

But there are 4 of them and which one should I choose? 1) Please read our tour itinerary as it states the tour guide will pick you up from the airport and transfer you to the hotel.
Welcome to the Big Apple! Arrive in New York from your hometown and meet our staff at airport, who will guide you to your hotel.
For JFK / LGA, the airport pick up time is from 8:30am - 10:30pm, & Newark airport pick up is from 3:30pm - 11:00pm.
After your arrival, please meet our tour guide and then our tour guide will advise you when is the next shuttle bus arrive.
2) The hotel selection you are inquiring about is for travelers needing additional pre-tour or post-tour hotel extensions. This is not for the hotel accommodations that will be provided on tour. You will need to make your own way from the shuttle drop off location to the SFO airport or the hotel night stay on Day 1 of the tour.
From your first question, it seems as if you are arriving in Los Angeles and going to San Francisco, but for tour 2-115, the tour departs from Los Angeles and ends in Los Angeles. If you are flying from Singapore, please arrange for your flight to arrive into LAX airport within the complimentary airport pick up times and depart after the designated departure time.
Tour 2-115 is a bus tour and will travel from destination to destination on bus. You do not need to fly from SFO to LAX. If you wish to have a tour that visits San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas, we recommend the following for you:

However I only plan to fly over to NYC the following day after the last day of tour. Thus I got a few enquries to make. 1.)
