Hi
I just book this tour for August 13 to Aug 20, I have question on the return flight home @ Boston. My fight schedule to leave Boston @ 315PM on 8/20. Do we have enough time to get to airport for check in &leave on time?
Thanks
Is it possible to see alcatraz during our free time in San Fransiisco?
Is it possible to stay in Las vegas instead of going back to LA so we can stay a few extra days in Vegas and then fly home directky from there?
You can also choose to end your tour in Las Vegas, if you do choose that option keep in mind you will be missing the visit to the unique Ethel M's Chocolate Factory and Botanical Cactus Gardens.
Please advise the tour guide if you are not going to continue your tour to Los Angeles.
Hi. I was about to book the 3 days Toronto and Niagara falls bus tour.. I read the special note at the itinerary page and It saids 'visa is not required' ... but we have Turkish companion and as I know, Turkish citizens are required for the visa to VISIT Canada... Does she need visa? Or just some paper works at the border is okay??

Hi..on commencement from the Pennsylvania Hotel Lobby, is there an escort/guide for the train trip from NY to Washington? What is the process on arrival in Washington? Do we board a bus with a tour guide on an escorted tour to see the sights mentioned.
I did read that the trip back to NY is unescorted.
Thanks.
There will be an escort transporting passengers from the Pennsylvania Hotel Lobby to the train station. Passengers will travel on the train by themselves, but will be picked up by the tour guide at the Union Station upon arrival. The tour guide will take the group for a guided tour of Washington D.C. and at the end of the tour, they will drop off all the passengers back at the Union Station. Return will be unguided and will end upon arrival to the train stop in New York. There will be no drop off to the Pennsylvania Hotel Lobby

If I came earlier than the date the tour was set to start, will there still be a shuttle bus to the hotel? Or if not can you arrange that? I'm willing to pay extra charge for that. thanks
If you arrive earlier for this tour, we are glad to help you book pre-tour hotel extensions at a hotel nearby the EWR airport which offers free airport shuttle service to and from the EWR airport. Please note that the complimentary airport pick up is only available for Day 1 of the tour.
If you should arrive at LGA or JFK, we can offer other hotel accommodations to you, but you will still need to go to the airport on Day 1 of the tour for airport transfer to hotel.
You need pay the optional tour and service fees in US dollars. You are welcome to bring CAD currency on tour for personal purchases, but the tour guide will be prepared to provide assistance, should you need it.

I am looking at this tour for Tuesday 7/26/11 for 4 people. We only want 1 room, but the grand total comes out to be $1698. ($518 x 2 = $1036 @@plush; 3rd person free @@plush; $518 for 4th person = $1554) so how come it comes out to be so expensive? It is not a holiday weekend we are departing on...I see one of the answers says there is an additional fee, but what is that for? It wouldn't be considered buy one get one free then right?
Secondly, what age is considered child? Do we need to provide proof?
Lastly, will we be living inside of the Grand Canyon?
Thank you.

Total Amount $1698.00
*The third guest joins the tour for FREE (except applicable *additional fee) on share room basis.
Additional fee=$190
