Q: HI I want to book this package but on 14th April 2012 when will the new dates be coming out? Also I will be staying at the Howard johnson Anaheim hotel a week before the tour starts should i still meet at the airport or do I continue to stay at the hotel and meet the group there? The new dates will be available around November - December of this year. You are welcome to book this tour for next year using one of the dates listed now and then Commenting your 2012 tour date. We will manually update the tour date for your reservation upon receipt of the booking. Please make sure that you select a Tuesday or Saturday 2012 departure date.
If you stay at Howard Johnson Hotel, Address: 222 West Houston Avenue, Fullerton, CA 92832, which might be the 1st night hotel of this tour, you do not need to go to the airport to meet the guide. However, it is subject to the reconfirmation. You can book form us the 1st night hotel of the tour which will facilitate you to join the tour. Just leave a note at the comment section to inform us that you need the pre-tour extension at the 1st night hotel. The 1st day will be a free day where you can arrange it based upon your own schedule.

2011-06-28 04:53:16 Hi June:There is quite a bit of walking for this trip, as you will need to walk around in order to view many of the sights. We are sorry that no wheelchair is available but you can bring your own foldable wheelchair and store it in the trunk.
Each day can vary in length. Sometimes the days can be as short as 10 hours long or as long as 14 hours long, depending on the tour schedule for the day.

According to our experience, the tour will get back to New York at around 9:00pm to 9:30pm, but it will depend on traffic and weather condition, etc. Please make sure your flight time is after midnight, in order to ensure that you have enough time for check in and going through the security check point. Once piece of standard suitcase and one small carry on is allowed for each passenger for this tour.

Q: Thank you for the responses a few months back. I am all set for the Tour starting 8/6/11. I was wondering about the additional tours. At what point of the Tour is the Bear Country tour. I did not see it on the Itinerary. Also, is the Bingham Mine and Salt Lake Tour the last day a single tour? The itinerary makes it look like 2 tours, but the pricing list makes it look like 1. The Bingham Canyon copper mine is right next to the Grate Salt Lake. The tour is done on the same day.
Bear Country is conducted on the tour bus in the Rapid city region.
Crazy horse is right before Mt. Rushmore and we will visit it right before we arrive at Mt. Rushmore.
